An evolving, flavor-packed blend.
RoMa Craft Tobac bases their business on the three T’s – Tobacco, talent, and time. They take their time in sourcing and aging the finest leaves across the globe. This, combined with expert craftsmanship, is RoMa Craft’s prescription for success in producing consistently superb blends. Their talents are put on full display with the CroMagnon line, a dark and gritty offering that’s easy to get behind.
This 3-country blend plays host to long-leaf fillers from three Nicaraguan growing regions – Esteli, Condega, and Pueblo Nuevo (a small farm located on the Honduran border). The last of which is a top priming ligero that produces a unique and savory, smoky flavor. Held in place by a rustic Cameroon binder and capped with a rich Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper, CroMagnon produces bold, evolving notes of leather, pepper, and oak with thick, billowing clouds featuring a camp fire-esque quality. Excellent after a juicy porterhouse...be sure to try one for yourself.
The boutique handmade CroMagnon received a 93-rating and was named the #15 Cigar of 2016, noting: "The result is a fairly bold blend with earthy aspects of dark cocoa and nutty qualities that play off each other effectively."
