Amiable yet Narcissistic
A decent selection of cigars, yet one would expect more robust flavor and performance from a selection that calls itself the Diesel Motherlode. It obviously thinks more highly of itself than I do, yet it can hold its own in the middle of the pack, running with the big dogs rather than staying on the porch. The biggest problem, like many from CI, is that they arrive a bit dry. Otherwise, they have a good beat and I can dance to them, I give 'em a 6. Aggressively supine with a hint of machismo, the Motherlode offers a good frolic with a somewhat truculent sidekick.

Great Bundle at a Fair Price
Diesel is a great brand. All consistently burn well and are well constructed. I only give it 4 stars because I don't care for the Uncut line that is part of this particular bundle, but Rage and Wicked are very good. Overall I highly recommend it, especially for the price.

This sampler
This is a very decent collection of cigars. Everyone posts a slightly different flavor, IMO---there aren't any big standouts or provocative contrasts. NONETHELESS, it's a worthy sampler if you have never purchased a Diesel sampler before. One thing that I will say that I actually give a five star account to is the fact that AJ Fernandez harvests really good tobacco, and so smoking a Diesel cigar will ring that true from the first draw.

I really like(d) the Diesel Motherlode Sampler. still smoking them. However, on a previous order, I had five different cigars packs. one in particular was terrible. It was the Alec Bradley White Gold. I didn't know what to expect but almost everyone fell apart in my mouth. I was spitting tobacco continuously. I won't buy these things again. Just thought you should know.

Great, great bargain. Only reason why this sampler doesn't get 5 out of 5 stars is the Unholy Cocktail Hour. This particular cigar is my least favorite of all the Diesel cigars. IMO, taste wise it doesn't match up with the rest of the bunch in the sampler. However, all said, whether you're paying an on sale-on sale price or just the regular sale price, this is still my favorite sampler to date. In general, these are very solid tasting cigars for the price tag. You can't do much better.

I’ve purchased this sampler several times; and it’s usually great. But my most recent order (Oct. 2017) has oddly had a couple bad Unlimiteds for some reason. Super tight draw and wrapper unraveling only five minutes in. My sticks are stored properly too...hopefully an isolated incident. Otherwise, this is a heck of a buy for some really good smokes!

I loved these cigars. Not only does this offer a great variety of sticks, but also at a great price. I've smoked all 35 of them, didn't have any burn problem. Diesel Rage has somewhat of too loose of a draw for me, but that's not a deep concern for the overall quality. Overall, I love buying these because they're simple cigars, offering a variety of flavors for the price. I have already bought another sampler, just because, I get to enjoy all of these, for a decent price, and a great overall smoke. Highly recommend.

How I Get My Hair Of The Dogs
I'm bummed. Diesel's Hair of The Dog is my favorite every day cigar, but they have apparently been discontinued. The only way I can get them is in the Motherlode Sampler. That's why I buy it. Diesel makes great full bodied cigars that never have off colors or flavors. They burn straight and true. They're never harsh, just lots of flavor with notes like chocolate, leather, nuts and wood. The different blends in this collection should satisfy the most demanding palate. All this for the price of seconds and medium fillers. Grab 'em while you can.

Great sticks for a great price!
A bundle of thirty cigars, with a good variety of styles and body, that has so far been exceptional (I haven't tried all varieties yet) I love Diesel Unholy Cocktails already, and the "Wicked"s have been very nice too.
