I just smoked my third one today and I was hoping for more but…. I love Partagas as a brand and had high hopes for this cigar truth be told it’s a little flat. It’s a beautiful Cigar, it’s well made and has a great draw but it’s a little flavorless. It has a dark peppery, leathery taste but in my opinion it tastes flat. It’s still a decent smoke and may improve after time in my humidor but the quest for a great tasting full bodied smoke at a good price point remains elusive.

The box is recently ordered had quite a few that were disappointing, fid not burn evenly and in some cases the wrapper did not burn as fast as the filler having to re light many times. Must have gotten a bad batch this time (usually they are pretty good).

They arrive very soon after the order was placed. Cigars are very well constructed. They always smoke evenly. I love this dark cigar. The size is exactly what I like. Price is fine. It has become my go to smoke.

WOW, great consistent flavour throughout -easy draw, rich smoke, not at all harsh , nice thick ash, smoked #14 of 20 so far, no hesitation on buying a second box, pairs terrific with all my liquor spirits.
