There was damage to the right edge of the front lid. Must have happened in transit. Repaired it myself. Did not want to bother shipping it back. The humidor itself is fine.

Very nice looking box. Still getting it acclimated. The Humidifier magnets lost their connectivity to the humidifier and it fell off. There seems to be some disparity between digital and analog hydrometers by about 10, even after calibrating the analog. But that is just one small ding against the humidor. I took the advise of some youtubers. I prefer seasoning the way I have in the past. Lightyly wiping down the whole thing and letting it sit for a week. -Works for me.

This humidor is a great product. It looks really nice and has plenty of room. The only reason for 4 stars is that the magnets for the humidifiers was not glued very well and I had to re-glue them.

I'm not really sure. The hygrometer that came with it says it's holding pretty well but the digital one I put in there to double check shows it slowly losing humidity. Now I don't know which is correct.

This has been my humidor for five years now. Looks great. Seals great. Zero issues with the humidification unit or the analog hygrometer, based on the magnificent storing and aging of my hand-rolleds. Easy start up with distilled water, easy maintenance in this Florida climate [and I run the hell out of my air conditioning], again with distilled water, every two to three weeks. Never had to re-season the Spanish cedar. So: Why only four stars? Simple. Unless your smokes are all in the 40 [or smaller] ring gauge, there's no way you'll get 100 cigars in it. 50-60 big boys [52-60 ring] max. With that said, I completely endorse this humidors as a terrific storing/aging unit.

Recently bought this as an upgrade from a smaller humidifier. Have to say that I’m extremely satisfied with this humidifier and it maintains a constant 70% humidity and 70 degree temperature.

I have had this humidor for a number of years now and am just now writing a review about it. I had it "hidden" on the bottom shelf of a table in my office and my wife said it needed to be out where it can be seen. It is an attractive piece of furniture. The name plate sets it off perfectly as a nice added touch. I have no complaints and the top inner shelf is great for added storage. I think it's perfect for what one needs in a medium-sized humidor.

This humidor is stunning . It made with very high quality material. Closes tight to keep the humidity at the correct level. The only thing bad I can say about it is the key was not shipped with the humidor, quality control when shipping needs work.

It is a good looking box, works well. The adhesive does not hold up for the internal proponents. Keeps a steady 68 to 71 level. That being said I have no complaints, fits my office motif. A good box for the money. I would recommend this product.

I bought this to replace a smaller older unit with a glass top. I've had this now for 2 years and the first year it worked great in holding humidity (I use the gel and solution). Now over the past 6 months it has started to loose humidity and by a lot. I tried to re-season again and it held humidity for a bit and then started to fail. This last time I got some food grade silicon to seal all the edges inside to help make sure it would keep. Then re-seasoned again - still no go. After seasoning I started with one 4oz of Black ice (wedge in every corner), then when it fell I had another 4oz set of gel, then finally had a last 4oz of gel and this thing still fell (and was putting a crimp on my cigar holding). While I was trying to season the box again I had my cigars in a plastic zip lock with one of these 4oz gels and it held humidity just fine. Not sure the issue but this one is a bust...can't a guy just buy a good humidor and live in peace?

Very, very nice humidor. Larger than I thought it would be. It has a great seal, it closes real tight so that your stick can be kept fresh. I bought this for a friend and liked it so much that I want one for myself. Backordered right now, but i will be getting myself one of these gems!!

I so love the look of this but the factory needs to fix a lot of quality problems. THE BAD: First one i got had a decent ding on the front corner of the lid and some twing scratches in a squiggly paters on the top. CI shipped me a replacement and it was even worse. The laminate was bubbled and it was lifting up on 2 corners. The back looked like there were about 12 blothes they later tried to retouch with some stain but it made it look very messy. THE GOOD: awesome seal and a lot of room. I still LOVE the look of this humidor. And CI's customer service is always fantastic. None of the issues were due to any fault of CI. CI gets 6 stars.

I've been looking for a bigger humidor for some time and I see there are some that hold more cigars, are very nice , cost about the same but this one really looks good. It design really stands out. Got this humidor in Oct 2016. It looks great and performs as expected. The analog hygrometer actually WORKS on this humidor, unlike some others I have had. Humidity now sets rather perfectly at 65-70% all the time. The cons I have are 2 and they are small. While the hygrometer does work, it kept falling out with the low grade stickybacks. You will need to glue the magnetic holder in place. You may also have to glue the magnet to it's holding block as well (I did). Second is it is labeled to hold 100 cigars. However 65 cigars (most robusto) filled the lower section. The upper drawer section will hold about another 10, but will cover all the vents from the lower section if you do. So it really holds only about 70 cigars, 75 if you push it.

Wiped it down with distilled water, calibrated the hygrometer. 2 days later filled it with about 60 cigars and it has been flawless at 72%. You can't go wrong with this humidor
