These ugly ducklings are actually tasty little treats.

Maker's Choice cigars are Dominican handmades that are "freehand" rolled without using any molds. As a result they look a little mangy, but are decent little knockaround cigars. They're called "Maker's Choice" because so many of the rollers in this factory puff on these during the day.

I was impressed with these cigars. They are a lite to mild smoke. Burn well and do not have an over powering taste. I have given a few to my heavy cigar smoking friends and they were pleasantly surprised. l would suggest these to anyone that smokes cigars and wants a nice mild flavor. Rick - Rhode Island.

Very mild deceit flavor they do not look hand rolled looks more like Robusto’s from a mold and they’re made by Victor Sinclair look nothing like Bandido’s kinda misleading to me not a bad smoke though.

Smoking my second bundle now. For what they are - the quality here is really consistent. No hard draws or wonky burns; only an occasional fold in the wrapper - NBD to me. I like the sweet taste, esp early in the smoke. The look is a little rough, but smoother than a Backwoods for instance - at about the same price per stick. I will keep buying these for when I am fishing, piddling, etc.

These have a good flavor, and for the price are a nice little stick. However they seem to have persistent construction quality issues, with about 25% of them showing cracks in the sides that alter airflow on the draw. Additionally, about 1/ of them will start to have the outer wrap unravel as they burn down.

The size is perfect for me. They taste ok for a really cheap small cigar. I will continue to purchase as long as they do not increase in price. They are my walk the dog smoke and some require work to remain lit. The vanilla seem a little milder for my palate. As mentioned for me the pricing needs to stay at current.
