Fly high with C&A!

While Cornelius & Anthony may be (relatively) new to the industry, you wouldn’t guess it from looking at the portfolio. Now the proud owner of a half dozen fan-favorite lines, this boutique offering has been working overtime the last few years to quickly establish a name for themselves. Perhaps the most popular blend? Aerial, a cigar handmade in the La Zona factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.

Those who love a full-flavored blend may have checked out as soon as they realized this one was Connecticut, but I’d implore you to give Aerial a second look. Sure, it’s a light colored wrapper, but the flavor is like no other. The secret? A proprietary USA binder that adds loads of spice and complexity to the Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapped treat. The typical cream and slight cedar are there, joined by droves of black pepper and a natural grassiness. If you’ve been looking for a Cornelius & Anthony cigar to jump aboard, this might just be the one…

C&A Aerial Toro
Very enjoyable smoke. I normally smoke Partagus 1841 and wanted to try a more moderate cigar and these are just what I was looking for. They are rolled a bit looser than the Partagus and don't hold the ash as well but this is a keeper cigar. Hope that they become available again.

Nice cigar
Flavorful cigar with a very easy draw. A little stronger than a lot of Connecticuts, but that could be because of the easy draw. Too bad its pricepoint is so high.

Not a bad cigar
The only complaint I have is that I had to use a punch.

C&A review
Well made, good draw, good pre light aroma, a bit “scratchy “ up front then the flavor profile builds and settled in at the midpoint. Flavors are typical for the region, I’ve only smoked one so cannot honestly identify all the notes. 5 star presentation, box and all really nice. A good deal for the quality of this cigar
