Southern Draw Rose of Sharon

Real cigars wear pink

Robert Holt, founder of Southern Draw Cigars gives his wife, Sharon a lot of credit for his success - so he wanted to say thanks by blending a cigar to pay tribute. What we got was an absolute gem that’s made from top-notch tobaccos and has striking flavor.

Expertly crafted at AJ Fernandez’s factory, Rose of Sharon boasts a lovely Ecuadorian Sun Grown Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan and Dominican long-fillers beneath. This cigar has a subtle spice with undertones of leather, oak, and earth. Complex and memorable, this cigar will surely make Mrs. Holt proud.

Great Smoke
I am a long time cigar smoker. As I aged I developed sensitivity to nicotine. Couldn't smoke strong cigars anymore. Found Rose of Sharon and found a mild/medium strength cigar with lots of flavor. Great cigar.

Creamy and Refined Cigar
I really like this one. Good flavor. Very creamy. I would call it medium body at most, but still lots of flavor. Its just not 'heavy' tasting at all. Soft on the retrohale - no bite. I am not the best with real specific flavors, but I get vanilla and cedar. That and delicious tobacco... I didn't taste the pepper zing that others did, but I held mine in the humidor for 6 months so maybe that is why. By my standards, this is not an everyday cigar - more for special times when I can really take the time to enjoy. This was a gift - great choice!

Well constructed, awesome flavors
Smoked a few of the toros, my vitola of choice. Loved them, pepper blast to start followed by creamy cedar and toasty nuts, leather, and citrus zest throughout. Really, really enjoyable smoke.

Very Fine Cigar
Just enjoyed my first Toro on the 21st of Nov. You can bet that it will NOT be my last. Fine, mild cigar. Same flavor start to finish.
