Great smoke
Saw these on sale and thought I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did. It is a great smoke! Extremely mild at the start and finishes at maybe a medium. Worth the money if you have it...if not get them on sale when available, I know I will!

My god in heaven!
My God in heaven! I was lucky enough to score this in a perfecto size , definitely a absolute favorite. 2 inches in and ash still holding. Started off over the top strong but now has mellowed to a smooth yet strong finish. Definitely buying more when possible. Paired with an Imperial IPA.

If you haven't tried one yet, you're missing out.
I got to try one as a single. Best. Cigar. I've. Ever. Had. I like the original Ave Maria, not so much a fan of the Argentum. This one is knocked out of the park though. Well done, Ave Maria. I'll be picking up a box for special occasions.

1948 Toro sampler
Excellent cigar. Smoke this baby nice and slow. The light is mild then comes the pepper for about an inch and then disappears but comes back until half way. The rest of this baby is a nice aroma a slightly creamy. Been smoking it for almost 2 hours and down to the nub...still excellent.

Pleasant smoke
Well constructed and draws well, like all Ave Marias. This is a medium strength cigar with a bit of spiciness up front, which smoothes out as you smoke it down. No prominent flavor really stands out to me, but a nice, pleasant refined smoothness permeates this cigar all the way through. Not something that I would smoke regularly, as the price doesn't justify it, but a nice, mellow afternoon smoke to have for a special occasion when you're not looking to get blown away by a full flavored smoke, but want something smooth that has enough body to let you know that you're smoking a good cigar.

1948 Toro
Unlike the other reviews I did not like the cigar because of the taste. At the beginning there was a little pepper. A quarter of the way was a let down, very bland.

Paints a tasty picture!
I 100% guilty of purchasing this cigar strictly because I thought it was quite attractive looking. I am so glad I judged this book by it's cover. This is now my favorite cigar, and will always have them stocked in my humidor. I thought it started out with a nice spice, and then it sweetens out, and stays pretty consistent all the way down to the nub. The promo when I bought this box, also came with the Ave Maria Morning Star Perfecto sampler, and I will honestly say that I don't think Ave Maria makes a bad cigar.

Good cigar
This cigar is made very well. It burns well and even, with a beautiful ash.I would consider it to be a medium strength cigar.Price point is a little high to me.

Great smoke
This is a great, smooth, and perfectly made stick. Not over powering, but very flavorful. Definitely worth trying.

Fantastic Cigar
One of my favorite Cigars for special Occasions, Spicy Finish. Tons of smoke. Just wish they were more affordable!

Medium body at most
Smoking it right now... Very well constructed cigar with a nice artwork on a ring. I think it should not be advertised as a Med-Full body cigar as it's more on the mild side, maybe Medium at most. You cannot compare it to El Rey Del Mundo, San Lotano Maduro and other Med-Full cigars therefor I had to take two stars off for that. Otherwise, great job by the maker.

Ave Maria Divinia
This is one of my favorite cigars of all time. Even before lighting, the aroma was appealing. After lighting, the great flavors really came out. My cigar smoking buddy was even impressed. The price may be a little steep for some, but definitely worth the price. This would be a good cigar to reward yourself for whatever reason that you can conjure, whether valid or not. It's no wonder they are often back-ordered.

OMG! This is one to get. I don't usually spend this much for a cigar, but I'm so glad that I did. This smoke totally rocks. Buy it and savor it.

The Hottest Brand going
A.J. Fernandez has created another masterpiece. My humidor is never void of Ave Maria cigars. They are superbly constructed, complex, smooth and elegantly presented. I have yet to smoke an Ave Maria that wasn't virtually perfect. Last on the list is the Reconquista. I have tried everything else. Bravo Abdel!!!

Awsome wrapper and taste
Hail Mary!! Abdel does it again. yeah it's that good!perfectly balanced and opens with that orange creamcicle flavor some note as "citrus".the draw is effortless and the burn even. the flavors are more complex the the original line and the spanish press makes the this cigar easy to keep in your mouth for the duration which was over an hour! BOXWORTHY!!

Amazing blend, amazing smoke.
If you've smoked any of the other Ave Maria line, you already know that they are a superb brand. I have smoked their "original" as well as the Reconquista line. The Divinia Toro isn't as full flavored as the Reconquista, based on my own "scientific" taste testing. While it's not as full flavored as other offerings, it definitely has flavor. The draw is smooth, with pretty consistent tastes throughout.
Customer Testimonials
A beautiful cigar in construction and presentation. It has one of the most beautiful labels in the cigar industry. The taste is great and fits the description. Great cigar.
It's hard to properly judge a cigar's virtues with just one stogie, but that is the position I am currently faced with Ave Maria Divinia. The 2nd log I have sparked up from The Chosen Few Sampler. Six of AJ Fernandez's mega blends, all with hefty price tags, much ado & appropriately based lineages. Rage was very nice, complex, full bodied & difficult to nail down in the 2 hours I smoked the vitola. Divinia is a creamy smooth, medium bodied, box pressed stick that is heavy, perfectly constructed & alive with complex flavors. Mild spices, medium leather & fully changing waves of cashews, caramel & sweet peat, accompanied by floral notes. One beef I have is the size & number of bands it has. They look great, but the smaller one peeled off a section of the wrapper leaf & the big-un was in the way & had to be removed before lighting. Oh, & they normally cost about 15 simoleans per spleef. Thanks to CI, I have only $5.50 invested in this wonderful example of the higher blending arts. Now I can afford to sock away a few of these for a rainy day or special occasion. Also I can give them a better, more thorough examination & review after having partaken of at least a fiver. For now, let's just say Ave Maria Divinia is awesome! Go for a 4-pack if you have the means, or try them for much less in the above mentioned sampler. Even mild smokers should find this blend enchanting & a good, if too expensive window into the world of more robust & full bodied cigars.
I got these on the pre-release deal and it was definitely worth it! If you like Ave Maria`s, try `em out! they are definitely a great smoke! They will not disappoint!
Divina was my first Ave Maria I smoked. It was an excellent cigar and I enjoyed every puff. Right after, I ordered a box of Lionheart. I hope they are as good as Divina.
