Nestor Miranda Art Deco may not look like much to the untrained eye. But a take a closer look at the tobaccos within and you'll see the true beauty in this new handmade. Two binders - a Dominican Corojo '98 and a Nicaraguan Habano '00 - overlay a bold blend of Nicaraguan Pelo de Oro and Dominican San Vicente long-fillers. The whole package is then finished by a leathery Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper from 2006. The result is a rich, complex smoke that's smooth, balanced, and boasts a pure tobacco flavor.
Art Deco from Nestor Miranda received a solid '90' rating, noting: "Smooth and rich in appearance, this cigar starts out spicy and herbal, then warms up to show a sweet licorice note before spice flavor intensifies."
“The cigar is like the name ART DECO "Stylish", in a way the Nestor Miranda could best describe in a cigar. These tasty treats should be in everyone's humidor. But for now they will be in mine until everyone else catches on to them. The cigar fits the description with its hints of cocoa and leather with a little spice towards the finish. But if you are a fan of Nestor, buy, because if you don't there is more for me.”
