Blended by master blender AJ Fernandez, the Ave Maria Holy Grail sits on the mellower side of its mellow to medium-bodied profile. Inside, you’ll find a balanced blend of Nicaraguan long-fillers held together by a San Andrés binder. On the outside lies a golden-brown Connecticut wrapper that gives this stick a creamy finish. In addition to the notes of cream, subtle woody notes of oak and cedar seep through along with a hint of toast. I bought these for my son-in-law and we were both impressed by the excellent presentation of the box, but we were even more pleased at the smooth draw and mild flavor of the Holy Grail cigars. It's nice to find a cigar that isn't too this or too that, just a good enjoyable smoke.

The Ave Maria. How this is in regards to quality and construction, is downright amazing. I am a small cigarillo lover that loves as sweet as it gets. This is not that. In fact it’s more creamy. A long smoke that is very enjoyable and can be checked on our channel on YouTube called Cigar Bear

Ave Maria makes some great cigars. I’m usually not a big connecticut wrapper kind of guy, but the Holy Grail is a good one. I actually enjoyed it. Pairs really well with a cup of coffee. It’s mild in flavor and strength, smooth draw, the burn was perfect, did not have to touch up or relight at all, that’s always a good thing. I did not get tons of flavors, but it’s still pleasant and creamy. Great as a first stick of the day or in the evening with some buddies.
