Get your hands on these LE's
Southern Draw Cigars is a growing force in the Boutique cigar game. Most of their production comes from the AJ Fernandez factory, so you can count on some top-notch blends. At the 2018 IPCPR show, they released a pair of cigars that pay tribute to the hardworking men and women of Nicaragua. Many people say that it takes 300 pairs of hands to create a cigar from seed to shelf, so this pair of blends – a maduro and a habano wrapped option – are fittingly called 300 Hands and 300 Manos.
300 hands is the Maduro wrapped version. It applies a dark and oily Nicaraguan Maduro leaf from Esteli to an Indonesian binder. Underneath are long-fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. No doubt a flavor-packed blend, you'll be met with rich chocolate, hints of spice, leather, some sweetness, and bready nuances. Only a limited run of these cigars were produced, but packaged in affordable bundles of ten, you don’t have to pay a premium to get your hands on these beauties.
