You could weld metal with this lighter… 60 mph in my boat and I can fire up a smoke!!! Just be smart and adjust the flame on your initial fill up. It’s a lighter that thinks it’s a blowtorch…

Lighter does its job well. The slight bend or snout helps get an even light on my cigar without straining my back or getting carpotunnel in my wrist. Genuine plastic with metal bits, where it is necessary.

Sorta odd shaped to carry but you cans get used to the size. So far it has lasted longer than brands I have owned. Good flame adjustment and hold about the same amount of fluid as others its size. It would be good for a pipe I would think.
