CAO Amazon Anaconda

I love them, the appearance, construction and draw are great, all around great cigar. It is on my list to order more. Local shop carries these but were out at the time. thks S.J.

Bought a 5 pack about 6-8 months ago, periodically smoking one. I'm down to the last one and I would recommend that you let them rest. Each one got better and smoother as age added up. Burn line seemed to get better as well. Sweet earth, drk. coffee, and a fruity orange came thru. Very nice. Retro was earth & wht. pepper. Gonna order another 5 pack and bury them in the humidor for at least 6 months.

What can I say? Just an awesome cigar. Just like I love them, strong & smooth. Forget all the mumbo jumbo, they are just awesome.

I could smoke these bad boys everyday if I could !!..LOADED with flavor and offers just the right kick in the ass !! Go for it, ya know ya want to !!!

Smooth to smoke...and somehow quite delicious tasting.

This is one of my favorite sticks. I am never disappointed when ordering. Only wish season permitted more. !!!

Got this on a whim, but it will definitely be intentional the next time around. Comes on with a full, rich, old leather and dark chocolate profile. Very smooth and creamy with a perfect draw. Wood spice slowly comes into the mix along with dark roast coffee. The ash holds long and firm and the draw is cool all the way down. Goes great with a nice single malt, and I'm sure it would be awesome with a good cup of coffee if you prefer.

I’m always amazed at how fast my cigars arrive at my front door, which usually takes exactly three days after I order! I honestly can’t ask for a better service!!!

Great smoke

Somewhat disappointed. The Amazon Basin Series has gotten major hype, and I really expected more than just an average smoke.

The Amazon Anaconda is a very tasty cigar, similar to the Amazon Basin, but just not quite as good. I think CAO should have released this cigar first, and then followed it up with the Basin, as this one doesn't quite live up to it's predecessor. If you have smoked the Basin, you will almost undoubtedly like this cigar-and also be slightly disappointed that it does not measure up to the Basin. Definitely liked it, and I would buy it again.

This is CAO's third installment of the line using braganca tobacco. This is a hefty stick that, along with good construction and a slow burn, takes a couple hours to enjoy. And enjoy, I did! The cold draw was very heavy on the cinnamon. Upon lighting, there was more cinnamon and a slight sweetness to the smoke with some notes of wood and grain. The cigar changed a couple of times adding a little cedar and very slight fruity melon and vanilla. Unexpectedly, in the last inch of the cigar, there was an explosion of pepper and cinnamon. This changed the experience from the medium range to more full bodied smoke. Overall, this was a delightful smoke with complex flavors. General Cigar has done a wonderful job with the CAO line and they certainly find a home in my humidor every time I order cigars.

The Anaconda is the best cigar I have ever tasted. It's luxurious and complex, rich and leathery. This is my reward for a tough day. If you put a gun to my head and made me make one criticism, I would have to say the burn line is not always very consistent. Otherwise, construction is flawless

Great stick... waiting on my order

Fantastic cigar. The best of both the Basin and the Fuma em Cordo. The blend moves from the flavor profile of the Amazon Basin to the Fuma em Cordo and back but with a slightly more pepper bite. Chocolaty, dark coffee notes throughout and tasty to the end.
