good deal and a nice suprise but def not all "premium" cigars. I will buy again. It does give you a nice chance to sample some random cigars.
JS of IIEagan, MN
Got my brown bag last week and to my surprise there were some gems!! 5 Vegas, El mejor Emerald and Padilla Obsidien to name a few. There are a few "gas station" cigars in there but the overall bag is WELL worth the 20 sheckles. I'll be getting these with each order. Well done CI
JS of Dover, OH
I ordered the $10 cigar sampler pack that I saw on special. The Felipe alone was worth the entire cost of the package. This is an excellent cigar. Although I first started smoking Cuban-seed cigars in 1975, I have not smoked a cigar since 1978……until a month ago. This was, and is, the finest selection I have tried recently. You have a soon-to-be returning customer in me.
JS of Greenwood Village, CO
I ordered these ("Brown Bag" Sampler) on a whim and got a selection of great cigars. Some I've never heard of and are not in CI's catalog but are excellent cigars that I never would have tried otherwise. A good way to try something new at a great CI price.
JC of Albuquerque, NM
I got the Brown Bag Sampler in yesterday (July 1). Got a few cigars I've been wanting to try. Just to tame a few; Gurkha Regent, El Mejor Emerald , Puros Indios Viejo. I can't wate to light theses up and the others. I'll be ordering this sampler with each of my orders. Thanks CI
JC of North Richland Hills, TX
Man, you guys at CI are great!! I've ordered this (Brown Bag Sampler) about three times now and EVERY time it has amazed me. The selection of smokes in here is fantastic. Worth a heckuva lot more than twenty bucks! Haven't found a dud yet. Keep it, guys! Oh, and please don't raise the price on my say so, just a figure of speech, hehehe.
BQ of Astoria, OR
Meh. If you like mystery and the 'christmasy' feeling of not knowing what you're ordering, then go for it. ('Brown Bag' Sampler) for 20 bucks plus 5 bucks shipping you get 25 bucks in cigars. a couple nice smokes and more than a couple poopy ones. i think next time, i'll go blow the money at my local shop on a cutter or lighter. thanks for the deal CI!
CM of windsor, CO
Please be advised that this is one of the most terrible $%%^&*())_ selection of cigars in my life that I have blind ordered..there..take my word for it...oh, by the by, did I mention that I am cannot taste, cannot smell or enjoy the sight of the cigars I did receive?.... JUMP ON IT...IT IS A FANTASTIC OFFER!!! I am a repeat offender with CI and they have never steered me wrong! If you are a former Marine (class of 73, myself) you will not be disappointed in the selection! Long Live Cigars International and Semper FI!!!!
JH of Joshua, TX
this is awesome!!!(Brown Bag Sampler)

GV of Bronx, NY
As others have said, it really was like Christmas morning. WELL worth the $20 and then some. It was full of cigars I have been wanting to try as well as one or two that I hadn't heard of. I just finished smoking an "unknown" and was highly impressed. This is a great way to add smokes to your repertoire.
CC of Opelousas, LA
I like to try something new all the time. The brown bag ("Brown Bag" Sampler) gives me a chance not only to try something new, but even gave me a chance to try something thats really out of my price range. great value. I'll stick to buying these.
JF of Clarksville, AR
You can't beat this deal for the money. Every "Brown Bag" contains a little bit of everything from hearty Maduros to the mildest Dominicans. Try it you'll definitely come back for more!!!
RL of Centreville, MD
I just got the brown bag sampler for the second time today and i would like to say that I was not disappointed. For twenty dollars i got a grab bag that included some of my favorite brands: Aristoff, Gurkha, Carlos Torano, 5 Vegas, Peterson, and Indian Tabac to name a few! I am very hapy with my purchase and would reccomend adding this to you next order because it is a great way to add variety to your humidor for a great price.
LH of richmond, VA
I've ordered this twice and there wasn't a cigar in the bunch that I didn't enjoy. Can't beat this deal.
GP of Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Just received my sampler. Indian Tabac, Aristoff, guys have outdone yourselves. Truly a great bargain from CI International Thanks guys!!!
RL of Centreville, MD
thanks for the chance to try some real champagne cigars on a beer budget ("Brown Bag" Sampler). i like having the chance to try it before i buy a box full of cigars that might not be my cuppa tea! it's one deal i'll always add to my order!!!
AT of Oroville, CA

PL of alpena, MI
You know...if you love a good smoke like I do, and not order one of these with every order you place as an additional're losing out my friends. It's like waking up Christmas morning and finding that Harley you always wanted under the tree! Thanks again guys rock!
DM of Swarthmore, PA
I'm a believer! Twenty bucks for the Brown Bag Sampler is an amazing deal, and a terrific way to sample some top-rated cigars you've been meaning to try. My ten included Ghurka, Indian Tabac, 5 Vegas Gold, and Cuba Libre among others. Talk about value! They arrived in their own zip-lock bag with a humidifying "pillow" to keep 'em fresh. Like I said earlier I'm now a CI believer, and I won't be ordering from any of those other cigar companies again!
SM of Oxford, NY
I am in love! I got my brown bag sampler, and needless to say, I am impressed. To drop a few names-- 5 Vegas Gold (already a fan), Padillia Obsidian (wanted to try for the longest time), El Mejor Emerald, NP 2004, Gurkha Expedition (after falling head over heels for the Doble Maduro, this was the next one to pillage on my ever-growing list of cigars to try)... ITC Natural, Astral, Connecticut Yankee by Victor Sinclair... I mean, that in itself is an all-star line up -- and for the $20 bucks shelled out to get those it's simply one hell of a deal. My only regret is allowing them to chill after their cross country expedition to my humidor.
AN of Chico, CA
What a fantastic idea and great way to try some new brands. (Brown Bag Sampler) Got mine today, the first I smoked was an Indian Tabac Fuerte, and apparently the first time is a charm, because I've found a new favorite smoke. Thanks CI, could you make it any easier or more pleasurable to shop with you?
PD of Denver, CO
I just got my brown bag sampler. In my opinion, you will not get anything outstanding, but what you get is well worth $2 a piece. I will buy more and post my selections. I advise other people to do so as well. 1) Puros Indios Viejo;2) Padilla Hybrid;3) Gurkha Class Regent; 4) 5 Vegas Classic;5) Nica Libre;6) El Mejor Emerald;7) Bahia Blu 8) Calle Ocho;9) Cu-ava Intenso;10) Indian Tabac
MA of Washington, DC
This deal is decent. 'Brown Bag' Sampler In the end it evens out really, though. I also hate that everyone of them has a few CI exclusives which really means, a few cigars a B&M wouldn't dare carry. Don't get me wrong i occasionally smoke a 5 vegas, but i prefer they make the selection a little better in these i mean read some reviews im not the only one to recieve a 5 vegas... everyone did!
JW of mckeesport, PA
I was absolutely blown away by what came in the Brown Bag special. Vintage Gurkha, Don Tomas, 5 Vegas Gold, and much more. Well worth the 20 bucks - I plan to throw one into every purchase.
ND of Greater Seattle Area, WA
This deal is awesome ('Brown Bag' Sampler). It's a great way to try new sticks, and it's exciting because you never know what you're going to get! 5 of the 10 cigars were $5 sticks... Do the math. It's WELL worth it!
I just ordered the CI Brown Bag Sampler Pack yesterday, and it was just delivered today (how's that for service)! Upon opening the box, I was like a kid on Christmas morning...I couldn't tear into that box fast enough. When I finally reached the prize, I spread out the ten juicy cigars on my countertop...I couldn't believe my eyes! All were premium hand made blends...and every single one I've been wanting to try! Thank you CI for your superb service, and as always, your superb products!
MM of Clayton, NJ
If you dont add this to your order ('Brown Bag' Sampler) you will miss out on a great deal. For 20 bucks you cant go wrong! Take $20 to your local shop and tell them you want 10 cigars watch how quick they show you the door. Thanks C.I. you are the best.
DG of north ridgeville, OH
Abviously you would think that you wouldn't be receiving the best cigars when you purchase a brown bag sampler. But I was trully surprised at a few of the gems in here a nice Gurkha, Padilla, Indian Tabac and a Puro Indios Viejos. The other guys arnt that bad either and will be an interesting smoke. If your looking for a great journey on a budget then this is where you can't go wrong. Keep up the stimulis CI!
NB of Hanford, CA
love the brownbag special! great selection great price .you cant go wrong..
DO of Desoto, TX
I recieved one of the "Brown Bag Samplers" for my birthday and loved it! There was a nice mix of cigars to suit any need, be it mild, medium or full bodied. As I enjoy a myriad of cigars this was perfect. For the $20 that was spent on this I may have been able to buy three, four, maybe even 5 cigars at my local shop but NEVER could have gotten 10. I can't wait to try this again as it was an excellent surprise not to mention a wonderful treat.
DH of Pell City, AL
well worth the 20 dollars spent. simply put. thank you CI,
MM of bellefonte, PA
This is a nice deal if you like to sample a variety of cigars. I've been tacking on one or two of these with every order. While there are no "great" smokes in here the value always exceeds the two buck price tag. I do have two complaints, however. The selection is pretty much always the same, although sizes may vary, and one or more stogies are often damaged. These are always the longer ones. It appears that the damage comes from careless packing as they are almost always bent from stuffing the "protective" packing material down on top of the plastic bag holding the selection. I'll keep ordering, as I like the selection, and I guess I'll just keep cutting the Churchills down to robusto size.
DF of Lander, WY
Got this sampler pack this past Wednesday and was surprised. There were some really good sticks, a couple of so-so sticks, and some I had never seen before. I was really impressed to see a Gurkha Box Pressed Torpedo in the mix. I have never seen these at my local shop. I WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN! Shipping took about 48 hours after leaving the warehouse. Expect another order soon.
JM of Jackson, MI
Some great brands (Gurkha, 5-Vegas, Indian Tabac) and some that I'd never even heard of. That said, I smoked one of the "unknowns" right off and it was great! Looking forward to trying out the rest. I've smoked since college (mostly Swisher Sweets and the like) but have only been 'serious' for about two years so am always looking for ways to try out new brands and ring sizes without having to commit to a whole box. A great deal and a great price. CI does it again!
FS of Orlando, FL
The Brown Bag Sampler never disappoints. No where else can you get top-quality, brand name cigars at such great prices! I was glad to see the "limit" has been raised from one per customer, to two. That said, be advised you won't be getting 20 different cigars if you opt for two samplers, but, instead, the same sampler twice. In the end, though, this is still the best deal out there. I am always amazed at how brands such as Puros Indios Viejos, Bahia, Cu-Avana, Gurkha, and so much more, can be included for such a steal!
FS of Orlando, FL
Easily worth more then twenty bucks.
JW of Delran, NJ
Great sampler, But the second time I ordered it, 3 month difference, I received the same cigars as I did the first time. I would recommend these for a first timer. Great cigars inside. I was looking for some 'new' ones when I placed the second order.
GY of White City, OR
Just received the latest “brown bag” sampler. I was certainly skeptical of what might be in it. I must say that I was certainly surprised at what I received. There were four nice premiums that were well worth the cost of the whole sampler. The rest I will use to give to moochy cigar friends or smoke on the boat. Bring on the next “brown bag”. CI rules !
MO of Little Egg Harbor, NJ
A must buy & try. I love to try different cigars and this offer does not disappoint. Easily worth more than the price paid.
BO of Hanover Park, IL
Out of the ten, 7 were well over the 2 buck tag. I got two that were a little beat up, but all in all a good buy.
PF of Oceanside, CA
I was very happy with the selection I junk.
MB of New Castle, PA
I was very pleased with this sampler. I am new into the cigar world and I figured this would be a great way to get my feet wet and boy was I right. I would recommend this to anyone new to cigars it was a great buy.
CH of Port Clinton, OH
first order I got I was very satisfied with the selection (Calle Ocho, Bahia Maduro, El Mejor Emerald, Nica Libre 1990, 5 Vegas Classic, Padilla Hybrid, Cu-Avana Intensus, Puros Indios Viejo Limited, Gurkha Copper Label, Indian Tabac Natural)! Very nice set for someone trying to expand their dossier without killing your wallet! Just received second batch a few minutes ago...unfortunately it was the exact same batch. Definitely not a bad thing, but I was hoping for a little variation...oh well. Still well worth the money, and I will probably order another one anyways, just in case.
EU of Fredericksburg, VA
love this combo! I've ordered twice, and got the same set twice (not a bad thing though!) I will definitely order another, but I hope to get a different variety next time!
EU of Fredericksburg, VA
Ordered two of the samplers and got some decent sticks but was a little disappointed that both samplers had the exact same sticks in them. I will also say that both were ordered at the same time so that might have something to do with it but it did take away from the fun of a "brown bag" sampler.
RH of Lynchburg, VA
Got my Brown Bag today and I'd say I got quite the bounty. 6 out of the 10 are various brands of $2 cigars. Indian Tabac Classic, Pirate Gold, ect. I've had a couple of them in the past and a few are new to me, so it gives me some new budget brands to try. I also got a Nica Libre, a brand I love. And I finally there were two gems in that bag, a Padilla Artemis (sales for $11) and a massive Gurkha, another $10+ cigar. When I saw those, my initial thought was that someone at the warehouse screwed up. So yeah, I'm pretty happy with this order. Can't wait to order again and see what other surprises turn up.
KC of Roeland Park, KS
Nice little buy. 5 Vegas, Dominico Torano, Padilla Artemis, Pirates Gold, Gurkha, Calle Ocho, Cu Avana, Nica Libre, Bahia Maduro and an Indian Tabac Classic. I would buy again. I like the mystery of not knowing what you might get. Good way to try different sticks.
I was REALLY pleased with this sampler...surprised to get a Diesel Unholy cocktail in the mix...absolutely loved it. Would love to pick up some more to enjoy. Nice mix of stoggies in the sampler...had the Diesel (that I LOVED), 5 Vegas Classic, a Gurkha and a couple of others that I really enjoyed. I'm really fortunate that the shop is only a short drive away.
EB of Ephrata, PA
I went ahead and bought the brown bag sampler for the first time. I received a Gurkha and Padilla Artemis. I think those two were the best of the lot. The other eight were ok, I guess. I feel like I received a good deal. For around $20 I probably received $40 or more worth of cigars. I would buy the sampler brown bag again.
Not only was the delivery fast but I got some great smokes! I was shocked to see the cigars I got are actually good value and not gas station smokes. Gurkha, 5 Vegas, Nica Libre, Indian Tabak to name a few. GREAT DEAL.
Not a bad sampler... I bought one a couple of weeks ago and another came today and the exact same cigars were in the sampler which was disappointing. Good deal for the price but really wanted some different cigars!
ST of Alexandria, VA
I ordered the CI "Brown Bag Sampler", and while I got one cigar that I wanted (Gurkha Park Avenue), I had never heard of the other nine. A lot of them are in the picture provided for this product, and they all appear to be in good shape. All in all, it came out about a wash, I priced the cigars out individually, and they were worth more than $20, but less than $25. It is a good sampler in so much that you get to try ten different cigars. I am going to let them stew in the humidor for a few weeks before enjoying them. In the end, you get exactly what you pay for!
JN of Oklahoma City, OK
Expecting much more after reading the positive reviews. After ordering the Brown Bag sampler I got loaded up with flavored CAO cigars. With a brown bag I expected a mix of different cigars, instead had 3 identical flavored CAO cigars plus 3 additional flavored cigars. If I wanted flavored cigars I would have ordered that, but when ordering a mixed bag I expected more. Don't plan on ever buying this "sampler" again.
TI of Mansfield, MA
HELLO! This is my first time buying. Very fast service. Excellent sampler. Every one a great smoke. Would recommend and buy again. A great deal!
FH of Bridgeport, CT
So yeah, I received a Gurkha Beauty in my sampler which sells for almost $30 alone! Good smokes at a great price!
JL of Waltham, MA
just received the "Brown Bag" sampler yesterday. All the sticks were in fine shape. I took some to a gathering of some friends today and everyone was more than pleased with what they smoked. We are all relatively new to cigars and this was a great way to start exploring the territory. One of the women said "I think I have found a new hobby!" as she made her way through a G2! Thanks, CI.
KS of St Louis Park, MN
Very happy with my order. Got way more value than the price tag. Some stogies that I have tried and loved, some new ones, NO disappointments! I will be ordering this again, and again, and again!
Look at the picture. That is pretty much what you get. The brown bag sampler is worth ordering once... maybe twice but the selection rarely changes. I've ordered three times over the last 6 months and 8 out of the 10 cigars have been the same each time. Hardly the random selection they imply...... Still though, you get 7 cheap cigars, 2 "mid range" and 1 premium smoke. So it's worth the money, just don't expect new items each time you order.
KC of Roeland Park, KS
I received my Brown Bag Sampler in 2 days. I'm always impressed about the quick shipping from CI. I am however, a little upset that when I ordered 2 Brown Bag Samplers I received the same cigars in each bag. Other than that I'm very happy. Some premium cigars and some so-so cigars. I might buy again, I might not. But if I do it will be one at a time.
BC of Bridgeport, MI
got them today great lookin bunch of smokes cant wait to try a few
JK of marshalltown, IA
....Seems like it was worth the $20 bucks, as I received several cigars that I've been thinking about investing in a 5'er of to give a that was a saving right there !! 5 Vegas, Rocky Patel, Gurkha just to name a few...some very nice stix indeed!!
SB of Fontana, CA
My first order from CI, and it did not disappoint. All but one were fantastic smokes. The only problem stick was a Cu Avana that had way too tight a draw and constant canoeing problems. But hey, 9/10 great smokes for this price can't be beat.
RK of Panama City, FL
Got some pretty good cigars in this one. Among my favorites were a La Aurora, Gurkha Park Ave. and 5 Vegas classic. Between those three I was pretty happy, plus there was 7 more! My only complaint was that two of the cigars I received had obvious construction issues. Luckily they were not my 5 Vegas.
BB of Littleton, CO
A great selection of smokes for 20 bucks..naturally a dud or two,but the overall value just can't be beat. A good way to try some new brands without breaking the bank..
RB of sayreville, NJ
Just got my order in today. Couldn't wait to try one out. I received a La Aurora in the bag. Gave it a whirl and was happy with it. Can't wait to try the others I got. Even got a Gurkha G2. I'll definitely be getting another order of these when I make another order.
FS of Denair, CA
I calculated the total cost of my 10 cigars at CI box/bundle prices. I got $21.56 worth of cigars. So, I saved some money. What makes it a good deal is that I don't have to buy 20-40 of each of these cigars to try each one. I don't smoke much and this is a great way to get try a variety of cigars. I am ordering another.
A great deal! If you're a beginner this is one way to go. however CI is a the best place to shop. Doesn't matter, a pro, or a novice, enjoy your experience.
Great sampler. I only received 2 I didn't like, and the rest were well above my expectations for the price. Can't beat this deal as a way to stock your humidor with some variety. And it's a great way to find new cigars without committing to buying a box or getting ripped off at the local cigar shop. Thanks CI!
Of the 10 sticks I received, I was thoroughly impressed. A nice variety of smokes with varying strengths too; I'll definitely be buying more!
RL of Reading, PA
50/50 A good sampler for the money, at 2 bucks apiece you get some duds and you get a some good ones.
GH of Albany, NY
I have tasted a few of CI's products and I can't wait to receive my brown bag.
WN of Koror, PW
I have tasted a few cigars but it appears that I have enough reason to join the cigar fanatics. My plan is to taste all and every cigar there is on CI.
WN of Koror, PW
As a relatively new cigar smoker, I love to try different cigars. I bought a Brown Bag Sampler with my recent order and I'm glad I did. I ended up with some real gems - cigars I probably never would have tried otherwise but are now on my 'favorites' list.
DB of Phoenix, AZ
Ordered 2 bags of these on a Monday. Arrived Thursday (fastest shipping by far of any online smoke outlet). $20 for 10 cigars = $2 / stick. It's a mixed bag for sure. Some of those retail for $15 each. Others are of dubious quality. All got smoked. Enjoyed 'em all! Thanks CI!!!!
Some ok. But I found true love with the Gurkha Park Ave. Great buy!
PM of cincinnati, OH
Quite a selection for the price! I smoked the two that I thought most likely to be duds and was pleasantly surprised, while not top shelf even the filler cigars are acceptable smokes. I will be adding one of these to all future orders.
TM of Atoka, OK
I ordered this a few weeks ago and was impressed with the selection, which included a 5 Vegas, Gurkha Park Avenue and Nica Libre. I will definitely purchase this again!
BM of Toms River, NJ
Good deal for the money with good cigars, I've ordered a few of these samplers and each have had the same contents would like to see some variety.
JC of Pawling, NY
$21 in value. Came as pictured in August catalog with 1 exception. Had hopes high for a BIG surprise but I'll wait to curse till after I burn threw'em. Ok for yard work & handouts but for $2 a stick we know a box of Padrons aren't coming. I'll probably sucker myself into this again lol!
TR of Garden City, MI
Great sampler for cigar newbies. Some highly rated cigars included in the "Brown Bag". I probably liked about 75% of the cigars but it was definitely worth the price to try some cigars I might have never ordered on there own.
JZ of Howell, NJ
I found some really great cigars in this sampler. I suggest buying one if you are new to cigars or are the type of person who wants to discover some great values. None of the cigars were pricey, so the selling point here is not savings but rather a good variety of affordable smokes. They do change regularly, so I plan to buy another in a while when I feel the need to try some new brands.
TP of San Antonio, TX
Great cigars at a good prices.
CG of Levittown, NY
Great price and some decent cigars. Great choice if you need some handout cigars in your humidor.
I just started smoking cigars a few weeks ago and up until now I've been given one here and there by friends with each one of them telling me what their favorite is. As I have started doing research on the hobby I'm overwhelmed by the variety. I decided to start with this sampler and I just received it today. I just finished going through the bundle and looking up each cigar. I have to tell you, this bundle is looking real good and I can't wait to try each one. I was planning on sharing some of these, but not now. I can't wait to get started so my typing is done so I can go light up!
TS of Columbia, MO
Just received my Brown Bag Sampler today. This is my second one so far that I've ordered. I got exactly the same sticks as the last order with the exception of one, The GrayCliff Platinum!! This cigar alone makes the bag worth it. Others in the bag where 5 Vagas Classic, Park Avenue 44, Calle Ocho just to name a few. I will definitely order this again.
GM of Hingham, MA
Not a bad deal! I got a few top shelf cigars including Graycliff, CAO, and some by Drew Estate. Most of them I have never heard of before but I can't wait to try them out. Just got them yesterday and they're patiently hydrating in the humi. I can't wait for these puppies to be ready so I can torch um up and see what they're about!
VO of Port Wentworth, GA
I've tried 3 or 4 of the cigars in the brown bag and they are all decent to great so far. That Felipe Dom. is VERY under-rated!!! Thanks CI!
ES of Auburn, IL
I have just received my second Brown Bag sampler in as many weeks. I will admit fully that I was fully enraged when I received my first sampler. 7 or 8 of the cigars I had never heard of, 1 or 2 I had heard and one more I figured was "Decent"... but I never saw any real good brands let alone "gems" that many people wrote about. I was really upset. Then I started to think about it, each cigar should price out to about $2, because $2 x 10 cigars = $20 ... so any cigar priced over $2 is an extra value. The truth is, while there were no Fuente Fuente Opus X's, Montecristos, or even CAO Nicaraguan or Hondurans, but there were a few cigars over $5 a piece which is in fact a good deal. And having smoked through most of the first sampler, I will admit, there were some gems. Very impressive smokes for the money that I'd never have found otherwise. HOWEVER, I ordered a second Brown Bag sampler which I received yesterday, 9 of the 10 were *exactly the same* and I mean exactly, and the 10th was a different smoke from the same company as the contemporary in the first sampler. Take that how you will. It's not going to rock your world, but if you smoke in any volume and you're not rich, this is nothing if not a good deal. Just don't expect a pack of Romeo y Julieta, Macanudo, Montecristo, Partagas, Avo, CAO, Fuente etc.
DM of Dunnellon, FL
Got this because, why not, its 20 bucks. Not a bad take for the price. I actually found a couple of reasonably priced sticks that have made their way into my rotation. If you need to spend 20 to get the freebee, or just wanna take a stab, you could blow 20 bucks in a lot worse ways.
Great deal and mix of smokes. Some were not my cup of tea but there were others that knock it out of the park. Try it yourself, at the price it is hard to say no.
CF of Corona, CA
If you have the 2014 holiday catalog, the sampler I received is just like the picture shown on page 94 (except for one). Half of the cigars are sub $2, four are between $2.25-$4.40, and the only gem of the bunch, which happens to be the only one not pictured is a Graycliff Platinum Torpedo. All in all, you get about $35 worth of cigars for $20. Would I purchase again? For a chance to get another Graycliff Platinum, ABSOLUTELY!
HC of Roanoke, VA
Excellent value for the price! I've bought it twice while in the process of trying to find the cigars I do and do not prefer.
KT of Athens, GA
Definitely worth the $ there was no junk at all in there.
CA of Bethel Springs, TN
I usually buy one of these samplers each year around Christmas. This year, 2014, the sampler contained the following: Indian Tabac Classic, 5 Vegas Classic, Graycliff Platinum, Nica Libre 1990, Clasico, Felipe Dominicana, Arganese, CU Avana, Calle Ocho, and a Park Avenue 44. I'll smoke the Nica Libre and the Graycliff to see what the fuss is all about, and save the rest for holiday visitors that might not appreciate the Ashtons, Padrons, and Davidoffs that I prefer.
DO of San Diego, CA
This is a great deal if you ask me. There were some very nice sticks in the bag I got. Gurkha, 5 Vegas, Nica Libre. I like keeping some oddball stuff on hand to gift or try myself. One caveat, I ordered 2 Brown Bags and they were identical. Not a problem, just something to keep in mind if you are wanting to try a larger selection. Thanks CI!
MV of College Station, TX
I just started smoking cigars & don't really know a lot about them, but I just smoked the GURKHA & I really like it...I will be ordering more in the future!!! :)
If you're wanting to try different brands, but don't want to fork $10-18 a stick over to your local cigar crib, this is the product for you! I've recieved a 5 Vegas Classic (a true classic) and a Partagas, A. Fuente or two... Truly a good deal to get out of your regular "go-to" premiums.
SC of Franklin, TN
This was a great deal! I ordered two for my husband and over half of them were 90+ rated cigars. We got two enormous Gurkhas, Rocky Patel, 5 Vegas, etc. Every cigar(except one)we got would have been between $5-$20 separately in our local store. It's a great deal, made loyal customers out of us. PS. This was the first time ordering from CI.

Worth the 20 bucks and some. I was not disappointed when my Brown Bag sampler arrived. So far I am halfway through it, and I have only had one cigar I did not care for. There were some great brands in the mix, which I'm saving for then end, as well as some lesser known brands. Even with these not so big brands, the smoke itself has been great. They are all quality hand made cigars, worth every penny. I will get one of these with every order if possible.

Great smokes, love these great cigars. I hope CI keeps selling this great sampler.

This Brown Bag was my first purchase from CI. I was hesitant about ordering off of the internet, as the prices on this site are much lower than I usually pay at my local cigar shop. That being said, I was very happy with my purchase! There were a couple duds, as can be expected for the price, but overall it was well worth the money. The Gurkha Park Avenue, Indian Tabac, and Nica Libre were especially tasty sticks! I bought one of these brown bags for my buddy to add to his Christmas goodie bag. I'm tempted to snag out the good ones and leave him a Clasico in return, but I guess that wouldn't be in good keeping with the holiday spirit. Thanks for the kick a$$ deals CI!

As a newbie in the cigar world, I've been trying out a few samplers here and there. When I received this pack and looked up the sticks, I was pleasantly surprised by what I got. The smokes, so far, are pretty good....Sadly, three of the cigars had cracked wrappers, but still sort of smokeable. All in all, it's a good deal.

This sampler is absolutely NUTS! I love that I get cigars I would never think of buying, smoke one, and then order a box. It was through one of these samplers that I found my favorite variety: Box-pressed Maduros. These samplers keep my humidors full of excellent choices. I always buy two.
BS of Seven Hills, OH
This has a good selection of cigars. I have found two that I like so far. I still have more to try. The Brown Bag Sampler is a great way to sample some of the many cigars on the market today for a great price. I'm not new to cigar smoking, just expanding my options.
TB of Orange City, FL
Great selection. Many top premiums in here. Well worth the 20 buck asking price. All types. Full strength, mild-medium the whole shebang. Get in on this one while the getting is good. And it's real good.
JC of Sapulpa, OK
Some really nice cigars in the bag. Very good deal for the money.
RD of Baytown, TX
Not bad, but will not order again. I am a sampler guy, like to smoke something different every time. However I am picky on ring size and got a couple smaller than 50. I will not reorder only because of that. Still good for the price. But I have found that I like to know what I am getting.
MH of Independence, KY
For the price it's good. There was some good quality ones in there as well as some borderline ones.
JP of Virginia Beach, VA
Always a good selection; no crap. Keeps my selection varied & interesting.
Terrific value. I got a Gurkha and 5 Vegas that alone made it a worthwhile buy. It was like Christmas morning, opening it up and seeing what I got!
TG of Honolulu, HI
I'm fairly new in the cigar game and bought this on the recommendation of my father to try out some different styles. I enjoyed all of the cigars that came in the sampler, but was turned on to a few different brands that I was unfamiliar with. I enjoyed researching and learning more about them and the sampler was more than worth the price.
JM of Milwaukee, WI
The Brown Bag Sampler had a very nice selection of cigars and I found myself really enjoying every single one. So much so, that I'm buying another bag of them for a golf outing. The guys are going to love them! Nice Job CI!
EB of Gaithersburg, MD
Well worth the $20. Good mix of strength's each time. I always enjoy opening the box to see what variety I will get.
Love the mix. Always a surprise
Package arrived safe and in a timely manner. Like everyone else says, it was just like Christmas. I ordered two Brown Bags and both of them had exactly the same thing in them, and exactly what was pictured in one of the pics. Not that I'm complaining though. The Padilla Artemis' are worth $11 apiece! A handful of $2 cigars, but that is after all essentially what we're paying here. All in all this is the best way to sample new things without committing to a whole box. I am very excited to try ALL of these. I'll try the Infused Brown Bag next.
DD of Sumas, WA
Not bad...out of 10..5 where worth the money
HH of Fort Drum, NY
Worth every penny, you get to try new cigars, and you get more cigars than you paid for! I will buy at least once a month!
CB of Chester, VA
Got some nice sticks. Well worth the price, and I definitely discovered a couple diamonds in the rough, so to speak. Two of my selection were a bit beat up, but there was nothing preventing them from smoking perfectly. Will be tacking these on to orders in the future...a great way to explore your options on a shoestring.
LF of Saint Paul, MN
Tremendous deal, great selection of cigars. I found a new one that I will buying now - I like to try new cigars, and this allows me try many at a reasonable price.
"Brown bagged" it on several occasions and have yet to be disappointed.
LH of Rockford, IL
You're ALWAYS going to get a great cigar in this bag. 2 times now, have I gotten a cigar I've been DYING to try. This time, 5 Vegas! Worth the money if you're still trying things out and getting a feel for what you like and dislike. Highly recommended!
JN of Coon Rapids, MN
A great assortment came with my order. 5 Vegas, Gurkha and the like.. They were a little dry, but for 20 bucks, $2 a stick. Why not?
DD of Bronx, NY
Thanks CI! You've outdone yourselves again. Been exceedingly pleased ever since I've first ordered from you guys. Your prices are more than reasonable with such a wide range of cigars. And you rose to the occasion again as always with your brown bag sampler. Hope to be doing business with CI for a long ways into the future.
Cigars were all well-constructed. Beyond that, you get what you pay for, so adjust your expectations accordingly.
ML of Bloomington, IN
This is an awesome deal especially for someone new to cigars. You get to try a whole variety of good cigars, different sizes, different wrappers, different blends and the price that is very affordable.
JZ of Stevens Point, WI
Added one of these to my order, pleasantly surprised. Received a lot a cigars I had never heard of, but after checking reviews on them, all were highly praised. I got a few well knowns, ( Gurkha Park Ave, 5 Vegas Classic) Overall, very happy with this grab bag. I can't wait to try some of the new ones.
DS of Waukesha, WI
Great mix of cigars. Some of the brands I had not tried before and all were of good quality. I have only smoked a couple of them and I am pleased with the brands and the quality of the cigars. I am sure it is a crap shoot regarding what you get, but I think the price makes this a win-win proposition.
PP of Thornhurst, PA
What a gift! You guys sent me a great sampler! Not a dog in the batch. I'll be going there again in the future. Thanks!
They were OK for the price. I'd buy them again if money was tight and I had to cut back.
Not quite what I had hoped for but I guess you get what you pay for: Almost all are "run of the mill" two dollar cigars.
Great value, had some really nice smokes!
My dad is a usually a pipe smoker, but I sent him this as an early Christmas present. He absolutely loved. He thought I must have paid too much for it. I didn't correct him. Some good cigars, great for the price. Going to order myself one soon. Thank you CI for the great affordable gift!
BB of Saint Paul, MN
Nice variety of sticks. I will buy agan.
Worth it. Stop thinking about it and do it!
SR of Dallas, GA
CI must be crazy! I got the infused first. Mind blown. Then this "Brown bag"... I don't understand why people don't get these every time, aside from heavy cigar smokers. I priced the first four I took out of the bag, and realized they alone were over the price of the whole bag! Being somewhat novice as a cigar smoker, I am still feeling out the specifics of what I like, but I have yet to find a single cigar I haven't enjoyed from this, and other purchases. A genuinely awesome grab bag of all shapes, sizes, strengths and makers. Really made me decide to keep on with sampling via CI's sampler and grab bags. I won't even go to my local cigar stores now.
MM of Coarsegold, CA
I took a chance and got a selection of nice cigars. Some I've never heard of and are not cigars that I never would have tried , one lower priced stick "Calle Ocho" actually surprised the heck out of me, a nice flavor and draw. Just goes to show you price doesn't always matter. A good way to try something new.
JS of Bear, DE
well i will tell you what i got and you can judge park ave. 44, dominico torano, arganese, cu-avana, indian tabac classic, calle ocho, nica libre 1990, g2, la aurora e. leon, and a 5 vegas

EA of calumet, IA
Ordered this a while back but forgot to review it. For 20 bucks can't go wrong. Only threw 2 out that I didn't care for the other's were good to great but not super premium. Will definitely order again. Thanks CI
AW of Dayton, OH
This is my new favorite thing to buy on CI. Lots of goodies in this sampler and I almost felt like I was robbing CI when I opened it. Well worth the money, I will be buying this with every future order.
JW of Azusa, CA
I got my sampler the other day and was pleasantly surprised! There were a few cheapies, but nothing unsmokable, and a few gems (Gurkha Park Avenue and 5 Vegas Classic) as well as a few I'd wanted to try but didn't want to buy a box. Thanks CI!
WR of Fort Mill, SC
Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised, you figure for $20 it would be crapola, but not from the great boys and girls at CI! I'm buying another.
Great sampler! I got a ton of good quality cigars that I had been wanting to try and some others that I really enjoyed but never would have thought to buy! Awesome deal that could lead to your new favorite cigar!
