Payback is a dish best served... darker?
Ok, maybe that isn't my best work, but I'll tell you this much. Room101 seems to have been making their best works ever since Matt Booth started pumping blends out years ago. From the Breakfast in Portugal to the Miami Snow to more limited releases like the Namakubi, there's a fantastic blend for everyone out there. If you're a fan of the up and coming larger ring guages that seem to be popping out of nowhere, I think we have the cigar for you.
The Room101 Big Payback Maduro 70's is a spin on the original Big Payback 70's, utilizing a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper atop a Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers from the Dominican Republic and Honduras. That Broadleaf wrapper adds dominant notes of cocoa, earth, and soft pepper, while the long-filler medley beneath provides impressive amounts of cedar, baking spices, and feint herbal notes.
