Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Sobremesa Tapa Negra
I’ll take seconds!
From the great mind of Steve Saka, Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Sobremesa Tapa Negra is now on the DT&T menu. Sobremesa has its roots in relaxing at the table after a meal, but you’ll find me on the porch. There’s no need for a fork to dig into Sobremesa Tapa Negra.
Every once in awhile a recipe is so good it just needs a slight tweak to really blow your mind. Sobremesa Tapa Negra features the same blend as the Sobremesa Brule. You’ll get premium Nicaraguan long-fillers and a Mexican Matacapan negro de temporal binder handrolled in an oily brown, Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper. Here’s where that twist comes in, a Nicaraguan wrapper goes from the cap to about an inch or so down. The Nicaraguan cap greets the palate with a kick of pepper. As you puff away on the medium to full-bodied journey, your palate then is hit with a relaxing creamy smoothness that is the cherry on top. Don’t worry about counting calories when enjoying Sobremesa Tapa Negra.
