A throwback to the Golden Age...
The Aladino Vintage is meant to be a callback to what the Eiroa's see as the Golden Age of cigars. Blended to have similarities to that era of tobacco in both the flavor profile and varietals of leaf used, the Aladino Vintage cigars were rolled in 2015 and 2016, and that doesn't include the additional aging that the tobaccos went through before being rolled into cigars.
Blendwise, the cigar is your typical JRE Honduran tobacco long-fillers and a Honduran Corojo binder, but this gorgeous handmade is topped off with a Honduran Habano leaf, adding something no other Aladino has. The flavors are incredibly complex and remniscent of cigars from way back. That classic taste of Corojo combines with the rustic spice from that Honduran wrapper, combining to form an incredibly old-school flavor profile worthy of the name "vintage".
