When I originally got this cutter, I gave it 1 Star because it shredded the caps on my first 2 cigars. Must have been user error because since then it has performed flawlessly. I appreciate the heavy feel in my hand, and it is certainly well constructed. I give it 5 stars because it is the best cutter I have used to date. Get one or two and you'll never go back to plastic! And what a great gift this would be with Christmas coming up. I know a couple of my friends that will be very happy!

I really like the weight of the cutter and how it feels in the hands when cutting thick cigars. The blade is sharp sometime have to take a double cut but that is my error but it is nice and sharp. It was a great adding in the sampler, the only way I like buying cigars till I find the ones I really like.
