Not a bad smoke for golf course. On this order a slight issue with some cigars having air leaks or hole witch made it impossible to smoke without a huge cut job to the smoke so you could finish what’s left.

Similar to their other brethren in flavor, smell and great taste. Unfortunately, every single one I've smoked has been rolled WAAAAY to tightly and I have had to take a draw tool to them to make them smokable. That is the only downside to these cigars, but simply another great JC Newman cigar.

The trader jacks kickin cigars midnight variety is a wonderfully delightful puff. The immediate smell on the nose on these is of a tropical vanilla honey inter dimensional island placed somewhere between treasure island, Skull keep, and Tortouga. The depth of flavors will have you thinking the cigar some how changes flavors if blessed or cursed by Calypso them self, And possibly ever so influenced by Jack silvers Sweet toung as the mouth of the cigar is just sweet enough it may have you in peaked interest to stock the coveted capitans private cupboard with this daily smoke. The draw on these may need influence from time to time as the construction is tight on occasion, the help of a tooth pick to poke the open end can greatly increase the draw. Hands down a great budget cigar. Compare it to a cao flavours moontrance but definitely has a wider filler range and depending on the stick they definitely have a flavor change kinda gig. More than happy with the purchase will buy more too.

One of the best values I've experienced for the price, and ready to smoke! I smoke and share the Midnight, Sunrise and Kickin', and the reaction is always the same.....quite favorable. I'm not a cigar snob, and certainly not well versed on the subject, but I smoke strictly for pleasure and could care less about pedigree. I have a good size humidor filled with a variety of sticks covering a wide price range, but i delight in finding satisfying smoke at a budget friendly price!

These came in a nice sealed package to keep them fresh. I put them in my humidor and decided to smoke one just a few days later in the garage ( I do not smoke in the house) I really liked the smell before I lit it. I clipped the end, toasted then lit it. It seemed to have a very hard draw but smokable. It had a great taste, I am not one of those that can taste all the notes of a cigar but I do know what tastes good to me and these are great. I had to quit at about the first third of it and left in in the ash tray. The next day I re-lit it, I know that a relight is not usually good but to my surprise it tasted just as good as the day before and also easier to draw. I assume since they were only out of the bag for a few days they were still too moist from production. Gonna let the set a few week and try again.

Nice flavor, burns evenly. Had an issue with unraveling when using a punch, but now that I've started cutting them a guillotine, the unraveling issue has disappeared. Are they the highest quality cigar, no. But for a little over a buck a stick, I'm not expecting a Macanudo or an Arturo Fuente. These make a great quick smoke in the backyard with my neighbor, and if I have to toss it after half a stick, I'm not bothered at all. I'll continue to smoke the Trader Jack's during the week, and save the weekends for the fancier sticks.
