Nubs were all terrific smokes. I prefer the Connecticut but the habanos were a nice punchier smoke. The Cains were a disappointment though, as the draw was way too difficult. Overall a really nice sampler.

I have been purchasing Nub cigars for as long as I can remember. I've smoked hundreds of them. They are my go to daily smoke. I especially like the Nuberlode deal because of the variety. It's like being a kid in a candy store. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in quality in the last few shipments I have received. When I started smoking Nubs I never ever had bad cigar. Seriously, the first 200 I smoked were perfect. But now, I am having to toss out a few per shipment or struggle through smoking a poorly built cigar more and more. The 560 Habanos are the worst. 1 or 2 out of 5 are worth the effort to smoke. The double maduros are the most consistent with varying degrees of quality in the remaining blends. I am starting to experiment with other brands but there really is nothing like Nub out there. In my opinion, Oliva has seriously let quality control slide on this brand. I hope this isn't a case of another great cigar bites the dust because it gets too big for its britches.

Had one wrapped to tight and couldn't get a draw out of. Ended up having to poke a hole through the middle of the cigar that helped some. Other 10 have been a great burn so far.

I really enjoy these cigars. They are turning into my favorite every stick. Now that I have my humidor dialed in, every one of the nubs burn perfectly, and the draw is ant where between light and moderate. The ash can last all the way to the ring which allows for the perfect burn. Usually last about 45 minutes, and where I usually buy robustos, that’s perfect. The toughest thing about this sampler is deciding which one to smoke. Keep up the good work Oliva

Pretty good sampler. The first time I ordered, in came in a nice box. The second time, a tin sign that I didn't find very useful. Since I already had a nice box, I reused it. Sending another box would have been a waste of resources. Think of this as a refill if you already have the box that came with the earlier promotion.
