If it was green, I would die...
Unveiled at the PCA tradeshow, the Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu Blue is a combination of both the Verocu and the Havana VI lines from years past. An oddball for Pete Johnson, the Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu Blue is not the full-bodied powerhouse you would expect out of Tatuaje. Instead, it's a smooth and rich blend with flavors quite a bit outside the norm.
The blend begins with a Nicaraguan Corojo '99 Rosado wrapper, with a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long-fillers beneath. With a body hovering just above medium, the Havana VI Verocu Blue features notes of baking spice, nuttiness, toast, and a mild amount of pepper. If you're a Tatuaje fan, prepare to try something new, because the Havana VI Verocu Blue doesn't just flip the script, it rips it up into tiny pieces and writes a whole new one!
