Decent but not exceptional for the money. The taper shown doesn’t match the photos on the site. The thin end of the taper is less than a half inch wide. The tobacco and wrapper were good. Didn’t dislike them but I won’t get them again.

really good value, shaped cigar. well constructed and visually appealing, they smoke like a higher dollar stick. voluminous smoke. great finish. i like these for the morning drive to work; they burn about 35 minutes. tasting notes: i get cacao, espresso and cinnamon. medium to bold strength. pairs great with strong, black coffe.

These are great Robustos. If you keep enough with other quality cigars in the humidor, they age and mix well. I would suggest you bury on a few on the bottom row of the humidor on a regular basis so they can appreciate the cross polination with your other cigars of higher quality.

Generally speaking, these are great little cigars. Ideal for reading on the patio for 45 minutes with a bourbon. I've ordered the 50-guage versions many times and thought I'd try these. Their odd shape and narrow mouth-ends don't lend themselves to as enjoyable a smoke as their narrower brothers. I'll stick to the 50-guage versions moving forward, which have a uniform shape and more consistent draw.

I took a chance on these because the price is hard to ignore but remembering the old adage, you get what you pay for. I must say I was really impressed with these " 2nds". I didn't see any obvious flaws and the construction is as good as any first rate you'll find. Granted, these smokes are not a complex blend but I would rate them a solid 90. I would buy these again.
