A relaxing and complex blend.

Sobremesa has no exact translation but loosely refers to the time spent at the table after a meal, time spent in conversation, relaxing, drinking, and enjoying a fine premium cigar. This blend seeks to convey the feeling of enjoyment and embracing life’s simple pleasures. Sobremesa marks the return of Steve Saka, former President and CEO of Drew Estate, to the cigar industry and is the initial release under his very own company, Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust.

Sobremesa hails from the Joya de Nicaragua factory in Nicaragua and pays homage to what made Saka fall in love with cigars. The blend begins with a dark Ecuadorian Rosado wrapper hugging a Mexican binder from Matacapan and a long-filler blend of Nicaragua tobaccos and PA Broadleaf ligero. Sobremesa begins with an earthy sweetness and progresses to include flavors of spice, nougat, cedar, and coffee to provide a pleasant and evolving experience.

The Sobremesa is an incredible smoke. The notes of rich chocolate, espresso, and cinnamon combine to create a truly special profile. The Sobremesa is one of my favorite cigars, without question. I'm eager to try other vitolas.

this is a wonderful cigar. changing flavors keep the smoke interesting while the consistency of both the rolling and the blend keeps you looking forward to the next one. at the price point,though, I keep my use to a couple a week.

This has become my go to stick, great flavors and the blend it just right not to full and not to mild. I tend to keep these as an everyday some given the price point I think they are prefect for me.

What a great cigar!! Steve and his team did a great job with this 1.5 hour beauty!!Never had to relight it. I’m in Los Angeles so we r a bit drier than areas where it is humid. In comparison to Liga Privada, Sobremesa feels like it’s packed with a bit more tobacco. Great cigar!!

Second time ordering these cigars. These cigars are so smooth and have a great flavor. Nice draw and even burn through out. Great cigar to enjoy after a nice meal or with a glass of whiskey. Will definitely be ordering more!

I am a fan of Nicaraguan cigars and found the Sobremesa to be a medium-full without being overpowering. Some cigars have an overwhelming pepper bite, but not the short churchill. Lots of earthy flavors and coffee don't overwhelm the taste buds but give a great smooth smoking experience. It might be higher priced, but can fit into my budget's rotation.

Top notch. Bought a 5 pack of the cervantes fino and am very happy. First light to finish is a high quality cigar. Flavor profiile is complex and burn is on point. Highly reccomend this cigar as it's absolutely worth a try for any cigar fan. For the price you will be hard pressed to find something better.
