Too chido for school!
Sancho Panza has been around for quite some time, and with the littany of new cigars hitting the market, the folks behind Sancho Panza decided to create a cigar dedicated to one of the original reasons why each and every one of us aspiring aficionados started puffing in the first place: because it looks cool. Two of the coolest visionaries in the industry today, Matt Booth and Justin Andrews, collaborated to help create this precious gem of a cigar.
The Sancho Panza Extra Chido uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra leaf for the wrapper. a leaf of Nicaraguan tobacco for the binder, and long-fillers from Nicaragua that are aged in tercios. An uncommon practice, tercios are essentially wrapped up palm leaves that tobacco is left in to ferment. The result is a funky flavor profile of nuts, herbal sweetness, pepper. and earthiness that can stand up to an evening beverage.
