El Rey Del Mundo is an incredible sleeper brand that hasn’t been in the news since they landed on the Top 25 Cigars of the year list back in 2009. Now under new leadership at the Forged Cigar Company, new life is pumped into this Cuban-legacy brand. Enter El Rey del Mundo Shade Grown. 

Crafted in Honduras using all Honduran Tobaccos, it features a unique Connecticut Shade tobacco variety grown in Honduras. Paired with tobaccos grown in the Talanga Valley, Jamastran, and Copan, it creates a silky-smooth smoke with roasted nuttiness, earthiness, and cream. Quality and affordability is paramount! I'm on my sixth box, consistent; in burn, draw and flavor to the nub.

Best cigar for the price. I'm on my third box and all 60 of 60 cigars have/had no problems. The burn, the draw, the flavor-excellent, never got hot up to the nub.

Finished second box, expecting the third box today. Out of the forty cigars I smoked, one had a slight uneven burn and one had a small damage removing the ring, my fault. I checked other on-line cigar outlets, Cigars International has the best quality (freshness) and prices. I will pit/compare El Rey Del Mundo against Gurkha Park Avenue that I ordered yesterday, when delivered.
