The Nicaragua is an amped up fuller-bodied version of the original Casa de Garcia line. Coming from Altadis, the same crew that gives us popular brands like Romeo y Julieta and Montecristo, this is a  highly-affordable option that doesn't skimp on flavor.  Utilizing Nicaraguan, Columbian, and Broadleaf filler and boasting a wrapper and binder from Nicaragua, this cigar delivers a robust medium to full-bodied experience with notes of leather, coffee and cedar.

The best sun shaded cigar I have ever smoked. I have been sailing cargo Ships into Panama since the late 80s into the late 90s and got all the Cuban Cigars from my shipping company 's Agent. He had ever Cuban Brand from Monti Cristos to Partagas and Cohibas. All Cubans and even the high end Davidoffs. But these sun grown cigars are my favorite and for the quality and price, it doesn't get any better than the sun grown shade of the Casa de Garcia smokes. But what do I know? I have taken cargo Ships around the world since 1995 and bring along a 4 month supply of cigars. Good you asked CI.

For the price, this is a nice, tasty cigar. The burn has been very consistent, as has the flavor. If you like a moderate level of spice, you'll enjoy this stick. I liked the first few so much, I ordered two more mazos!
