Brick House is a gorgeous Nicaraguan puro crafted with a robust blend of Nicaraguan long-fillers. The result is a medium to full-bodied smoke that's rich, flavorful, and smooth. Notes of earth, cedar, pepper, and coffee are complemented by a toasty, slightly sweet finish. Well-made, tasty, and modestly priced.

I have only smoked one so far and it was flavourful and good quality. Newman is a quality company associated with excellent tasty smokes. I will buy a box next time I order the brand. As a young stockbroker I walked into Mr Newman’s office on a cold call and pitched him on a municipal bond. He was sitting at his desk talking to one of his son’s when I interrupted them. He was located in the Barnett Bank tower in Tampa Florida. A nice man, he smiled and took my card. I have one of his 90th birthday celebration cigars in my humidor. It’s over 10 years old. It has wrapper that says Sanford’s 90th. It’s a double corona. I will smoke it on a special occasion one day.

I like the sampler idea. In this case the Robosto and the mighty mighty Maduro were good. The Toro and the other Mighty mighty both burned unevenly and had hard draws. I’ll stick to the Robosto. It’s still my go to cigar. It never fails me.
