I have hard time deciding if this deserves 3 or 4 stars. I varies stick to stick. The first two I tried were both Olympic-level canoeists. I lost the first 3 inches of both in under a minute. I actually had to cut off the residual "blade" on one because I couldn't get it lit. Never did that before. I prepared the 3rd by punching holes in the foot before lighting (also a first) and loosening the grain a bit by rolling it in my fingers. This one burned much more evenly but also quickly, but even so it burned quickly and produced a very short ash. I totally agree that it should have Fumas in the name. On the other hand I love the flavor. It's a great example of a perfectly medium, medium cigar. I am seriously considering getting a box (or pack) because I like the flavor so much.

A great cigar for the price. Certainly not my favorite and quality can be hit or miss, but it taste great and most cigars burn well. There are times a little bit of tobacco comes out in pieces in your mouth and the cap can come unwrapped. Just take your time in making a perfect first cut. This has become my daily cigar in that it's affordable and for the price is excellent.
