Description

Back by popular demand

The original Graycliff was a medium-bodied, ultra-luxury blend created for the historic Graycliff Inn in the Bahamas. It was a fantastic cigar, one that collectors and enthusiasts have searched after for years since it disappeared from the market. By now, you’ve probably guessed my punchline: The Graycliff Original is back, and burning better than ever. Perhaps you’re new to these parts, or don’t remember the details on this particular blend. No worries — let’s get reacquainted.

Graycliff Original uses a rarely seen Indonesian wrapper that lends the blend its characteristically smooth flavor. This leaf is lovingly draped over a motley crew of tobacco including Brazilian, Dominican, and Nicaraguan long-fillers. Combined, the blend booms out clouds of rich smoke, all balanced with layers of earth, spice, and a satisfying mellow sweetness. The long and short of all this? You better jump on this top-shelf creation, and taste one of the most unique handmades around.

Cigars are medium body, well constructed, burn well and have a decent taste. Arrived ready to smoke... not dry. I'd buy again on a sale.

I have enjoyed these cigars which is a little surprising. I am more of a Connecticut fan. Well wrapped and made.

The Graycliff Pirate is one of my favorite Cigars. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Graycliff's twice in Nassau and even having dinner with Enrique. I have toured their rolling room and know the intricate process they go thru in hand rolling and double pressing every one of their cigars. The rollers are expected to create perfection, one complaint the roller is given a warning and that will be the last warning. Graycliff's are some of the finest cigars available. The Crystal has a creamy taste.
