There’s a common misconception in the coffee world – that dark roast blends have all the caffeine. In actuality, many light roasts have just as much “strength,” since the lighter roast preserves the caffeine in the coffee bean. Typically, light roast coffees have a nice sharp acidity, with bright fruity notes. Generally, these beans reach around 200°C and are perfect to wake your palate and mind up for a busy day.
