This xikar soft flame is a must if you are a cigar enthusiasts, in my opinion is not you regular lighter, I mostly use it in home.

If you prefer to light your cigars with a soft, natural flame instead of a 2000 degree torch, you will want this lighter! Built like a tank; Windproof, large flame, sturdy and reliable.

Solid made lighter should last. Soft flame does not use up butane like a torch lighter but is more for use indoors not on the golf course. Order xikar flints when you buy this lighter.

Purchased sight unseen, and with nearly all Xikar products, I was not disappointed. My only criticism would be the lighting mechanism. Because it takes a fair amount of pressure on the striking wheel, it requires the use of both hands; a will only spark in one direction. Not deal breakers but, there’s room to improve. Fairly large for a pocket lighter, I’d like to see Xikar developers attempt a ‘Jr.’ sized version, as I’ve become a fan of soft flame lighting.
