Service is quick, cigar is decent biggest problem they are so dried out when you cut them the tip breaks apart ruining the experience and it’s like one in four and this has happened a few times over the last couple of years and thus I don’t order as much although you have a great selection and decent prices.

This cigars are an absolute joy. But. some of them need to be taken out of the twelve pack rapper and plump/ expand/ acclimatize in the humidor to help their draw. Love them and I wish they had the larger version again which was a slightly larger ring gauge an about 7:" long. That was a home run that made me think of the Indian Tabac Bison which was the best ever!

This cigar is everything I want in flavor and at a reasonable price. The only thing that concerns me is the construction. I don't know much about rolling cigars and therefore am making only a qualified complaint. Some of these sticks began to unravel while smoking. Definitely not under-humidified. The majority have remained intact while smoked.
