The blade came loose and prevented it from cutting the first time I tried to use it. Cigars International replaced it immediately, no hassle. The replacement had the same problem until I took it apart and super glued the blade. Now it works okay (so far). Would also cut cleaner if it had two opposing blades. Great customer service, inferior product.

It’s a decent, REALLY inexpensive cutter. Trims a little uneven, but it works fine in a pinch. People keep making off with my Xikar, so this is the “community” cutter
