My initial reaction was negative. This lighter was DOA and would not hold a flame even by adjusting the flow control the limited rotation it allowed. However, I forced the flow adjustment higher past a stop and was able to increase the flow. It now lights ok and is acceptable. For the price this is a good+ lighted for carrying.

The lighter is not bad once you get the flame setting right. However, the fuel does not last very long. Other lighters I have that are vertigo 3 flame last twice as long at the same flame setting. It is easy to fill though. Set the flame all the way off, bleed the lighter then fill up. Wait about 10 minutes and your good to go.
