If you’ve yet to try cold brew, this Toddy system makes it easier than ever to brew amazing coffee in the comfort of your own home. In cold brew, time replaces heat. Sounds simple, but the result is a refreshingly smooth brew that removes all harshness and acidity from your beans. I’m no scientist, so I can’t speak to the technical terms here, but I can tell you this: every pot of cold brew we’ve made is absolutely delicious.

So what’s in the box? A brewing container with a handle, a glass decanter and lid to hold the final product, 2 re-useable filters, and a rubber stopper to keep the whole thing together. You don’t need to be a barista or a gourmet chef to use this thing either. Hell, we gave the instructions to our intern (who can barely button his shirt up right), and even he got it right on the first try.
