Natural process coffees are incredibly rare, since they require intense attention to detail and the highest quality beans. Site collectors in local villages in Sidama, Ethiopia carefully pick the ripest and best cherries to deliver them to the mill. The result is a cup that’s incredibly dynamic, with bright fruity flavors. It works best ground well in a drip coffee pot, where you’ll find flavors of dried plum and mango.
