These are outstanding. I have had several boxes, primarily the toro. Extremely pleased, especially with the hefty full body.

I have only smoked a couple so far but the ones I smoked were very hard to draw and keep lit..flavor is good however

When it comes to flavor, look and feel, it’s a Rocky Petal edge. However, when it comes to the construction; it is full of stems and will not burn even. I have smokes about 5 so far and no two smoke the same. If you are not almost constantly drawing on it, they will not stay lite. Good flavor, aggravating smoke!

I only had the "authentic", Honduran-made Edge Corojos a couple of times. Big plumes of mouthfilling smoke, even burn, milk-chocolate-colored, oily Corojo wrapper, spicy, earthy, oaky taste, with a touch of Vanilla bean. What are these like? See above! ...except the sweeter note took on a slightly-fruity character, kind of like dried figs, instead of vanilla bean. The pepperiness seems a tad more pronounced as well. So, are they EXACTLY like the Honduran Edge? Well, not quite. As the description says, being made at a different factory means a few differences in production methods, etc. But Tabacleras Fernandez (New World, Diesel, Ave Maria, Man-O-War, etc.) know their stuff when it comes to full-bodied, full-flavored cigars, and these smokes make that fact readily-apparent! Like all cigars I get in the mail, I promptly put this box in my humidor to condition them. Tried one after 2 weeks and experienced some burn issues. The one I am smoking now, after almost 4 weeks in my humidor, is thoroughly-enjoyable and every bit what I was hoping for! At this price, not only does it undercut the Honduran Edges, but also my current "go-to" Nicaraguan full-bodied cigar, Diesel Unlimited! If the rest of the box is even "mostly" as good as this second stick, then I'll be buying these for the foreseeable future! I would be excited to see more fruits from this Patel-Fernandez partnership, if such could occur.

The Counterfeits were excellent. The Gurkhas were terrible. They burned unevenly and poorly. Very disappointed. Not like CI at all.
