Reserva Limitada is Pinar del Rio’s latest and greatest. A gorgeous creature built with eight different tobacco varieties to generate a wealth of satisfying, complex flavors that intensify throughout the burn. It all begins with a dark and sultry Dominican Habano wrapper. This leathery leaf gracing the 6"x60 Double Magnum literally drips with oils, and hugs a feisty blend of aged long-fillers. Nicaraguan tobaccos from Jalapa and Esteli combined with Dominican Criollo ’98, Dominican Corojo, and a rare Dominican leaf known as Negrita Canca Habano. So much tobacco, two thick binders were required to secure this blend – a feisty Criollo ’98 and a rich Brazilian Habano. This involved recipe of superior tobaccos tastes as complex as it sounds, enveloping the palate with a rich core of oak and leather complemented by underlying hints of roasted coffee bean and black tobacco. A somewhat sweet series of hearty spices lingers after each puff, completing a bold yet balanced, medium to full-bodied treat for the senses.
