For years, their premium Cuban cigars were some of the bestsellers in the world. Although these original Cuban blends were highly-rated, the best was yet to come from Partagas. Today, Partagas cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic, and although they are in a new factory, this brand never forgot its Cuban roots. As their slogan conveys, this factory is now responsible for “the richest cigars in the world.” This Cameroon-wrapped, Cuban-esque blend easily lives up to that name. Light one up, and you’ll taste a robust blend of sweet natural tobacco, cedar, and earth. These cigars are smooth, making them perfect for anytime of the day. Try Partagas, and I’m sure you’ll feel like you’re strolling the streets of 19th century Cuba.
Well, first impression of these were not good. The very first one was dry and was unsmokeable. The wrapper seam had come open and I could not draw any smoke. The second one was better. I have bought these before from retailers and liked them. If the rest of the tin is not like the first one then I'll give them the thumbs up. Good quality small cigars.
Nice, pleasant smoke. It's a Partagas!
Bought a box of coronas. My go to cigar. I do like boutique cigars, but this is my almost daily smoke when I need something real. Top notch!
I started smoking cigars around 25 years now and Partagas was what I smoked religiously. The the boutique brands came and I got away from them for awhile. Now I'm back to smoking these again they never let you down great flavor , great draw and great construction. I love the padre (toro)best cigar going and price is spot on at C.I. Thank you C. I.
Yum. Coffee, nuts, cedar, leather, and pepper, in no particular order. Nice burn, easy draw, and good times from foot to cap. For whatever reason, my wrapper was coming loose - I'll give it the benefit of the doubt as an oddball occurrence. Just the same, a damn fine cigar.
Partagas robusto are one of my favorites now. First time trying now I'm hooked. Lots of flavor an aroma great right through your nose. It's time too only smoke my favorites an hold off on trying different brands.
I openly admit my novice status when it comes to the world of cigars. However, being the type of person who has to educate myself on anything I get involved with. The same principle applies in my effort to find anything close to the Cuban Cohiba siglo VI. One thing I have discovered, a 5 inch cigar gives you only 4 iches to smoke unless you burn it down to your fingers. I've also noticed that my reviews are not always in line with what others have to say. I have come to the knowledge that I like the fat cigars over the slim ones. That being said, the only thing I should have done differently when I ordered these, get them in a larger size. The cigar was a fine smoke, burned well, and for me it was robust in description. It is priced well, and is worth buying a few. The only thing I would do different, purchase it in a larger size.
Partagas Naturales one very good cigar, just a pleasure to sit and enjoy,no thing really compares with the taste, just plain smooooth!!!
Partagas #1!!!..easy drawing..light flavored TREAT!!!..each single Patargas I hae smoked is wrapped TIGHT..FRESH and an hour an half or more of JOy(with a Bombay Sapphire of course) has made me switch my every day cigar from a Dominican brand to Partagas
Beautifully made cigar with no harshness at all. (Partagas) Excellent draw and a reasonably firm ash. A strongish smoke with an even burn and excellent flavour. Always a pleasure.
The lady at the store says that Partagas is unlike anything else and I agree. The Partagas Number 2 is my choice, and nothing goes with a fall day raking leaves like this cigar. A perfect match.
The Partagas Almirante is one of the best cigars going. It is smooth and tasteful. You`ll really enjoy it. CI has the best service i have ever dealt with...fast processing and delivery. You go CI!!!
The Partagas #8 Maduro is a first rate stick all the way around. The Maduro element is there in appropriate strength without being "too present". The general taste is hearty, with just the right "spicy" tang, smoke volume is great, the mechanics - light, burn, draw are consistantly nice. Very, very nice medium-to-full Maduro stick and I would recommend it to anyone without any reservation at all. Partagas scores a bullseye with the #8 Maduro and it will take only one stick to prove it.
