Timeless Sterling by Nat Sherman Robusto Sale

Pack of 10

Description

Worthy of a silver platter.

As of late Nat Sherman has been on a roll - the hits keep comin' like a boy band from the 90's. And now fans of this legendary brand will be happy to know that Sterling is the best damn Nat Sherman yet.

Nat Sherman Sterling raises the bar across the board. From the sharp packaging and bands to the new exciting blend, it's legit. It all starts with a blend of Dominican long-fillers, the oldest aged a full ten years, layered inside a Dominican binder. Seamlessly draped around this impressive core, a buttery smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. The flavor is full and satisfying, while the body remains perfectly balanced between mellow and medium. The end result is a rich, mellow, complex flavor that’s worth every penny. Notes of roasted cedar, bread, cocoa, cinnamon, sweetness, and creaminess combine in a well-balanced fashion.  Pick up Nat Sherman Sterling for a premium experience.

Note: Nat Sherman Sterling has gone through a rebranding and is now known as Timeless Sterling. We currently have a mix of old & new packaging, but rest assured! The cigars inside are exactly the same blend.

I purchased a 5 pack of the Robuto's along with other five pack since I like variety. This is my first purchase of a Nat Sherman cigar. At first I was a little displeased due to having a little vertical split in one of the cigar wrapper about half way down the cigar. I removed the cello on the one with the split, figuring if I let it rest in the humidor it may split more. It was early afternoon, I figure a great time for a lighter smoke. The Sterling has pleasent pre-light aroma and cold draw. You can smell and taste a creamy nuttiness to it. The draw was very good. The Sterling is a very pleasant early afternoon smoke with lots smoke. No need for double puffing to get a desired smoke volume. So there was no worry about the cigar not staying cool. The creamy nutty taste is very prominent with hints of vanilla. I was really enjoying this. The burn was even and razor sharp, with a nice light gray ash. As I continued toward the second third, I was watching the split mentioned before, worrying a little about the burn unraveling what I would say is a fabulous cigar. Much to my delight, without any touch up the cigar never faultered and kept the burn edge as sharp as the first third. Half way through the second third the ash dropped. I was really enjoying this cigar. The finish was as impressive as the first two thirds holding the flavors throuout. I have smoked a couple more before writing this. In all, I am impressed with the Sterling and will recommend them to my friends. Chris C.

Smooth smoke, at least as good as some Cuban cigars I've smoked. Surprisingly good.

Look and feel is great with the best construction. A very nuanced blend that is mild and simple. I go between strong cigars and lighter blends. This is nice.
