Metropolitan Petites by Nat Sherman New

formerly "Nat Sherman Point Fives"

Nat Sherman recently expanded their popular cigarillo line with Metropolitan Petites. Available in 3 distinct varieties, Petites offer a little somethin’ for everyone. From tame and mellow to full and bold, these short cigars a great for a quick break.

Maduro: fuller-bodied with a slightly sweet and rich flavor. Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers are paired with a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper.

Connecticut:  mellow profile that is toasty and creamy. A Connecticut shade wrapper is combined with Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers.

Host (Honduran): made by Camacho. Rich Honduran fillers are packed inside a Connecticut shade wrapper for a flavorful, medium-bodied blend

Note: These cigars used to be called Nat Sherman Point Fives. They were recently rebranded as Metropolitan Petites but the blends have not changed.

I've purchased the maduro cigarillos several times, once from here and once from a cigar shop. In the first box two were too tight to smoke and with the second box there was one with the same problem. The ones that do smoke are great and live up to the name, but they are too expensive to have a 30% failure rate. I will not buy them any more.
I bought the naturals for a quick morning cigar on the way to work thinking they would last awhile that way but I smoked the whole 25 up in a week. I think they are pricey for a small cigar but they really are an absolute delight!Nothing like the machine made taste you normally get with small ones.
These little cigars are the best of all the small cigars i have tried. they are great to smoke and when it your done it is very good to chew on. i will buy them again.
I, too, got mine( as a freebie this week and find they are a mild/medium smoke in the Honduran blend. White/graywhite ash and a smooth, easy draw. I think it's the perfect morning smoke with my coffee. I prefer a stronger smoke but will buy the maduros to continue the compliment to my morning coffee. At $2 per stick it's a little high for my afternoon or evening smokes when I prefer a cigar that will last at least an hour or more.
Just recently a freebie came in with my purchase. Five days in my 1500 capacity humi so I decided to smoke one. I'll rate this at 87or more just because isn't enough time in my humi. It has a pepper taste on my tip of my tongue the aroma smells good burns great. I think this is one cigar I would buy
