The Macanudo Emissary series began with the Espana, a cigar made with a unique twist of tobacco from Caceres, Spain, known for its rocky soil that grows peppers, olive trees, and tobacco! The Espana was an incredible cigar that wowed folks across the globe, and the next entry into the Emissary series is set to make the same big splash!
The Macanudo Emissary France takes everything that made the Espana good and turns the dial up to eleven. The blend begins with a 10-year aged Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, covering a 10-year aged US Broadleaf binder, and a four-country cocktail of aged long-fillers including a leaf from France grown between the border of Spain and the Bordeaux. The result is an ultra-complex and nuanced flavor profile with notes of dried red fruit, underlying sweetness, floral character, light breadiness, and just a hint of spice.
