La Aurora Leoninos

A spicy Dominican meatball!

La Aurora has stood the test of time by producing some of the most savory blends to come out of the Cibao Valley. And with boxes of 50 as low as $14.74, La Aurora Leoninos is one cigar that is sure to put a smile across faces everywhere. Delivering a carefully crafted blend of premium, rich tobaccos at a price that allows daily enjoyment, Leoninos is one cigar worth bringing home.

La Aurora Leoninos is an old favorite that’s back and burning better than ever. This delicious blend utilizes a special Dominican-grown Corojo wrapper overtop a rich blend of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Brazilian filler tobaccos. Well-constructed, these beauties dish out a lively, medium to full-bodied, succulent flavor that’s loaded with spice but smooth as silk. The blend is legit, and my deeply discounted pricing makes it taste so much better.

Chicos
I enjoy the little smoke I get with these Leonins. It's just enough for a quick smoke.

Overrated
After receiving my order of Leoninos and not caring a lot for them I read a few reviews written by "experts." They extolled the Leoninos' quality. I find they burn unevenly, are very strong, and are hard to keep lit. They also look like they were rolled by novices. I would not order Leoninos again. I previously ordered a box of La Aurora Connecticut belicosos and enjoyed them; that's why I ordered the Leoninos.

Don't waste your money
This is a poor burning cigar with a poor taste that doesn't last long. When I cut the end off one there was a wooden match stick stuck in it. Threw the rest of them out.

I HATE cigars that I have to TTHHPpppp!!!
I did not like this cigar; nor did the "Wednesday Afternoon Cigar club". All 8 of us found that it was very loosely packed and ever 2 mins you had to spit out some tobacco which was cut like cigarette tobacco is cut. We found no use for this cigar. I would not waste any scotch or bourbon or even a soft drink on this cigar. We shall not buy more of them!!

So so cigar
The cigar taste was nice, but the wrapping was terrible. Some cigars were so loosely wrapped that it fell apart, while some cigars were wrapped so tight I had to cut the cigar in half to get a proper draw.

Gift for my brother.
My brother call me and he is thrilled with the gift. He has enjoyed the cigars over the holidays, and have shared them with friends.

Awful
It takes longer to unwrap each stick than it takes too actually smoke them. I tried 1, didn't enjoy the taste or the experience at all, and promptly the the rest away. For the price, try Bandits or Makers Choice, you'll enjoy them significantly more then these..

Less Is More
These are the smallest, thinnest, darkest cigars I've ever seen anywhere & are just perfect for that quick smoke when you just don't have time for more

A cheap cigar but would not buy again
Bought these because of the price and figured it would be a good daily cigar. Unfortunately, about 2/3's of the cigars were soft and squishy, especially in the middle. All of them burned unevenly and the taste was wanting. A cheap cigar, but would not buy again.

Perfect for what it is.
Nice little cigar for the cold winter months when you don't want to freeze for an hour outside but still want a nice cigar with good flavor.

La Aurora chicos
very good smoke. the only problem that I have is that they are advertised as cigarillos, but they are really mini cigarillos. still a good buy.

harsh taste
Initially it's a nice mild smoke. After smoking them halfway they become harsh and bitter.

Great little 5 min. Smoke
These are well made and taste great. Perfect for when you can't commit to a bigger cigar. Similar flavor profile to a full size cigar also.

PAY ATTENTION
These little Chicos got some bite to them, but you need to pay attention to these Chicos because they are gone before you know it. These are designed for a quick smoke and if you paid attention, you will be satisfied.

Quick, easy, tasty
Carry a few to work with you and you’ll have enough for two breaks and lunch, and maybe one or two for the drive home. They’re already cut, and the flavor is great for the short smoke. Better scent, too. Much better than those gas station sticks you’re used to buying. Richer and more mature, with the famed La Aurora quality. Just don’t smoke them too quickly: they have a tendency to bite. Good value.

La Aurora Leoninos Chicos are good and the price is excellent. Recommended!
The La Aurora Leoninos Chicos are nice and tasty. They're fairly strong. I wonder if there's some of the tobacco that they use in their 1495 cigars in them? They sort of taste like that. They burn well, last about ten minutes. Some are a little loose, but most aren't. I like that they're all individually wrapped, and the wrapper is easily removed. The price is excellent. I love them. I hope to order more. I hope you don't run out. I may even try a larger size.

Definitely not their premium cigars. Poor filler very loose. Not up to la aurora standards

Very dry!
A good cigar, but when I recieved them the cigars were very dried out and very hard to draw and keep lit.

Worth a try, good cigar
A real good cigar for the money. Great flavor

Solid short smoke
Solid short smoke. Chicos are med-full little babies, one of the best minis I ever tried. Some get a little bit spongy half way down and tend to leave some bits of tobacco in your mouth but for the price - great.

Nice product
They were good cigarillos ... Nice packaging.

NOT BAD
The quality was inconsistent but overall they were an adequate smoke. Nice draw and smooth until the end where it got a little harsh. For the money not a bad deal.

Tiny & Tastee
I was surprised by the size and they burned hot. I would recommend them for the car or a smoke break on the job.

Good cigar to share
I can't agree with the "medium-full" grade. Medium at most. I will share these with my non- cigar smoking friends. They will enjoy the mild smoothness.

Not very flavorful. Good draw but rolled too loosely. I would not buy them again.

Not worth the money
Mild to a harsh tasting cigar wrapped relatively loose hard to keep it burning.

Leoninos
The biggest issue I had with them is it seems that they used chopped tobacco as a filling. After smoking for a while there were a lot of tiny pieces that fell out on the tapered end of this torpedo. I thought that it was an oddity at first but most of them were like that. The problem is that there was so much that the cigar fell apart from the inside when you try to draw on it and you get a mouthful of bits of tobacco

Leoninos
Great flavor and good even burn. Lot of short fillers is the only issue.

Purchased for my husband
My husband enjoys cigarillos daily, and I was looking for a good-quality cigar that is also 'affordable' for as much as he consumes. I am extremely pleased to report that my husband is very cool with these cigarillos and looks forward to keeping them in his regular 'stock'.

it i perfect for a short break and a bar cigar since no one can smoke in bars anymore just a tad of spice last about 5 min
