Aurora bonita!

La Aurora is the quintessential Dominican cigar brand. They were the first established cigar factory in the island nation, and they’ve provided excellent expressions of their Dominican heritage to connoisseurs all over the world for over 100 years. It takes dedication and skilled craftsmanship to build a brand this successful, so when La Aurora announces a new release, we’re all over it. And you’re not going to want to pass up what I have for you today.

Nestled inside an Ecuador-grown Havana Vuelta Arriva seed wrapper is a bevy of tasty leaves from 3 different countries. Dominican Corojo Ligero, Colombian Cubita, Nicaraguan Viso, and Criollo 98 Seco long-fillers are masterfully blended and secured with a Dominican Corojo binder, for an elegant experience with notes of toast, nuts, spice, cedar, and citrus. It takes a while to try all of the blends La Aurora has to offer, but with CI’s low everyday prices, the Embassador Habana Corojo is a great place to start.

Great Value
I’ve been struggling to find that “every day” smoke that makes the price break worth it. This is hands down the best bargain smoke I’ve had. I’m not sure how they’re able to produce a stick of this quality at the price they do, but I’m glad they’ve figured it out.

Thumbs up from me la aurora
I think this is one of the best budget smokes on the market I will try all the sizes but I've really liked the bellicoso and the box press Toro I get a cinnamon note from the box press I dont get from the belicoso but regardless a great smoke I plan to try the corona and hopefully the Solomon goes back into stock

Solid
Neighbor gave me a Belicoso to try, he liked it except he felt it got bitter toward the end. I thought it was a really solid cigar but wasn’t sure if it was indeed bitter or if his opinion influenced me. Ordered this in a Toro and used a punch cut-maybe the difference-but this was not bitter at all. In fact it kept its toasty, nutty taste down to the nub. Nice easy draw with copious smoke. Give them some humidor time. Would buy again.
