Family-owned and operated, Southern Draw Cigars is an up-and-coming boutique brand worth paying attention to. Founded by Robert and Sharon Holt, this U.S. Veteran owned company is the only boutique brand made exclusively at AJ Fernandez’s factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. One of their well-known core lines is the Jacob's Ladder. Named as a biblical allusion to Jacob from the Book of Genesis, a lot of care and thought went into planning the blend, and upon release, it immediately became an instant classic. In celebration of their son, Ethan Jacob Holt's, 21st birthday, Robert took a prototype blend of the original Jacob's Ladder and used it to create a limited-edition extension of the line.
Originally rolled in September of 2016, The Ascension uses a San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan Habano 2000 binder, and Nicaraguan long-fillers. Available in only one size, a 5.5"x52 Box-Pressed Belicoso Fino, this blend is not one to miss out on trying. Grab a pack today!
