Works as advertised! Much better than the analog one that my humidor came with.

After sitting for a long time unused, both of my analog hygrometers crapped out on me. I decided it was time to upgrade to a digital model. I read many reviews and more than a few complaints about "mis-calibrated" digital hygrometers (every brand). I chose to go with the Hygro-Set Digital Round. They're compact (humidor space is precious). Even though they're small, the numbers are pretty large and easy to read. They seem to be reliable, based on reviews. Most importantly, they can be adjusted, if necessary. /// I picked up two at half price from CI. I also picked up one Boveda calibration kit. It doesn't get any easier. /// I received all three items yesterday. The Boveda kit is ridiculously simple. It's basically a heavy duty "zip lock" bag with a 75% humidity pack already inside, ready to go. No activation necessary. Open the kit. Place the hygrometers inside. There's enough space for both of them. Zip the bag closed. Wait about 24 hours. NOTE: Do not squeeze out the extra air from the bag. Leave a little breathing room. When the test is complete, zip it up tight and note the date on the bag. The kit is guaranteed to remain accurate for three months! /// Fast forward one day. Both devices have had time to "settle". They're both reading the same temperate - 72 degrees, which is accurate. As for humidity, one reads 77% and one reads 79%. That's 2% and 4% off, respectively. Adjust them and place them in my humidors. /// I'll reuse the kit to recheck both hygrometers in a couple of months. If they're holding steady, great! If not, I'll update this review.

Worked perfect and very accurate. I always test my hygrometers via the salt test and this one tested 75% RH just as it should.

I went through the salt process to calibrate this unit. But I still don't trust it. It reads significantly lower humidity than my round mechanical units. I use Humi-Care Cigar Juice, but this unit reads about 64% humidity, although the temp seems right.

I gave it 3 stars because i needed to calibrate it a couple of times already. I have 2 of them and they read differently when they are close to one an other. Either I'm doing it wrong or they are not sensing right. It gets rave reviews from a lot of people but it was a bust for me.

I bought two of these for two different humidors. They both work great. Good price too!

This product is a great value and an excellent product.

It was off 2%. Adjusted and it's been dead on. The adjustment wheel "clicks" but is hard to hear/feel the click. I would buy this one again.

This hygrometer ended with my worries about humidity level in my humidor. I used to have the analogs that come with some humidors but I was not comfortable with them. I unpacked this, put inside a ziplog bag with a bottle cap full of table salt and water and left it for a night. I just made a 2% adjustment with the knob and since then i has been working propely From time to time it move the hygrometer from one humidor to another just to make sure it is sensing humidity accordingly.

I purchased this hygrometer because I was concerned the hygrometer on my humidor wasn't reading correctly...and I'm glad I bought it!!! I calibrated the Hygro-Set Adjustable Digital Hygrometer per the included instructions and found that the humidity of my humidor was floating between 75%-78%, which was oversaturating my stix. The built-in humidor hygrometer was reading around 70% (which is the humidity level I prefer to maintain), so it was clearly off. Now the only hygrometer I look at is the Hygro-Set Adjustable Digital Hygrometer. Easy to use, set, & read. I would buy this again for any humidor.

Does what it's supposed to!!

Got this digital hygrometer to replace my analog dial hygrometer because everyone on You Tube says the analog hygrometers were useless. After calibrating it I put them both in my humidor and they are tracking almost the same. The analog dial has the old-world classic look where the digital hygrometer is more accurate.

It does the job and works as expected but it was difficult to calibrate it due to the fact that I was not able to judge if the reading was right with salt test

I love the digital gage that shows both temp and humidity. I replaced my antilog gage with it. Best thing I ever did.

very accurate easy to use hygrometer. did salt test and it was only -1% off. would have got 5 starts but my dial adjustment didn't work, but since it was only off by 1% it wasn't a huge deal.

Works great after you realize how sensitive the knob is.

Was supposedly pre-calibrated. Had to change it by 20 points. It was way off. Seems to be good otherwise

Item was shipped fast, works great and no problems out of it yet, I like the idea of having temperature on there as well as humidity. Never had to adjust it, it was spot on!

It only registers 58% humidity - constantly. After three weeks I brought outside where the humidity level was 81% and after 8 hours it still registered 58%. I am hoping for an exchange and the new one will function correctly.
