So had this for the last i3 weeks and still going strong. I live in Florida so you have to keep it mind it’s humid down here. So u have to think based on your humidor size how many oz do you really need.

Best way to humidify my Humidor!

Easy to use.

I have been buying these humidifier beads for 15 years or more. They never disappoint. Easy to maintain.

These are great. I still use the packets based on humidor size and a available space, but if you have room for these they are a no brainer. Take the humidifier out and put it away, fill this halfway with cigar juice and set it in the humidor. I keep my analog hygrometers calibrated, but I occasionally check with a zerdekoff that's extremely accurate and I keep digitals inside each glass top I have since the glass top humidors seem to fluctuate a little more. Either way about once a month pick up the jar and if there's room between the beads and the top put a little distilled water or humidor solution whichever in slowly! Be careful because of you put too much the beads will expand and push the screen off the top of the jar. You figure out about how much it takes after the first refill a month or two in. I refill once a month and these things can last a year up to tow years depending on the climate and how many cigars you are storing and if your humidor is sealed well. I've got one that leaks a little and it's a glass top 50 max and one 4 oz jar keeps it at 70 year round. So...winter with the heat on, summer running your AC with drier air In your home doesn't matter. With the packets I had to use between 69% and 75% small and large combination of the same rh rating to get it dialed in between the seasons and even sometimes add a small humidifier if my humidor was completely full. These jars...if you total the cost of the packets versus getting an extra humidor or bigger humidor so you can use them pay for themselves because the packets are expensive! These jars are much cheaper and regulate humidity year yound. SEASON your humidor well or it doesn't matter what you use, you will be chasing humidity non stop. If it's seasoned be patient when you set the jar in...by the end of the day it should be stable and perfect and it will stay that way. Check it once a month and add water if needed so it never fluctuates. No more spending all your money on packets! Smoke up!!
