Hammer and Sickle Tradicion

A tradition like no other.

Now that the USSR has been dispatched to the ol’ dustbin of history, Hammer & Sickle cigars have co-opted the iconic imagery and turned it into one of the fastest growing boutique brands in the industry. With a lineup boasting well-crafted and richly flavored blends, this up and coming brand is one to keep an eye on.

Coming packaged in a handmade, etched glass box, Hammer & Sickle Tradicion will captivate you from the start. Walking the tightrope between mellow and medium-bodied, Tradicion consists of a hand-selected blend of 3 year old Dominican tobaccos tucked gently under a rich and creamy 5 year old Connecticut shade wrapper. With a flavor profile including subtle pepper, cream, citrus, cedar, and leather, this well balanced and complex cigar will appeal to all palates. Perfect for an every moment experience, put Hammer & Sickle Tradicion on your must try list.

Hammer and Sickle Tradicion received Top 25 honors for 2015 (#11 overall) and a well-deserved 94-rating noting: "The Churchill is tasty, but understated with a floral quality, touches of nutmeg and a sweet, earthy aftertaste."

Hammer / Sickle
First time buyer with H/S. Good taste and draw. Very mild. Would buy again.

Not Worth It's Rating
Was just ok, a very unremarkable cigar. No big flavors, it did have a razor sharp burn though, about the only standout quality to it. This proves those that pay the most in advertising to Afficionado get the top spots, not those that actually earn it.

Good Smoke
Came as cigar of the month . Even burn, good draw, nice earthy creamy flavor, enjoyable for a mild to med. stick. Only draw back for me is I like a long ash when I smoke and it fell off easily but that wouldn't stop me from smoking again.

Zero Stars.... Awful Cigar. Not Worth The Money
Cigars have a great package (The outer box was damaged during shipping), especially the glass box. I've smoked 5 so far and every one of them did not stay lit, and the taste got nastier (Not that the taste was great to begin with...) each time I had to relight it. A huge waste of money.

An OK cigar but not a lot of taste. Burn is fairly even but ash tends to fall off easily after a short while.

Nice Smoke
This is one of my favorite cigars. Goes nice with a glass of Elijah Craig Bourbon for relaxing on the weekend or getting ready for the next episode of the Americans!

Very good Very Beautiul you will enjoy it.
I ordered it from somewhere else they even gave me this glass Ashtray heavy enough to be a murder weapon, I have to say it is quite unique in its flavor. taste almost like food. For those that have a salt tonge you will truly enjoy it. Its hard to find not just good but truly unique cigar profiles amongst the hundreds that are available.

Taste like Cardboard
This has to be one of the worst cigars I've ever had in my life. It taste like cardboard. Literally.. it taste..like..cardboard. I've had seconds that taste better than this x10. The presentation is spectacular and impressive, but thats what they need to do to get anyone to try one. Worst cigar on the planet. No flavor, just cardboard.

Sal
I normally like a medium to full cigar but I decided to try the Hammer & Sickel because it was rated in 2015. I was surprised by the flavor. I will definitely would purchase a box in the future.
