Green Street Coffee Roasters is new to the coffee Industry in South Philadelphia but by offering a fresh approach to great coffee and sustainable business practices, they have produced some incredibly tasty roasts. They roast around 30 pounds per batch, which allows them to keep a close eye on every bean roasted, keeping tight controls on time, airflow and temperature. They understand the complexity of coffee, and they work hard to maximize the great flavor and taste in each and every cup. 

Coffees from Ethiopia tend to have a natural sweetness, and the Ethiopia Kellensoo roast from Green Street Coffee Roasters is a great example. Heirloom beans are roasted to fully develop their flavor, and this organic blend exhibits notes of dark berries, honey and a bit of a floral character.
