Great smoke for the price!
Good Medium - Medium/Full body cigar at a bargain of a price. If you like a little stronger flavor, don't hesitate reaching for this one!

Excellent Everyday Smoke
Purchased these because I wanted to find a good everyday smoke and I thought they would look good in my humidor. I was pleasantly surprised. They start off VERY strong so i thought I had made a mistake but they mellowed out fairly quickly and still had a lot of flavor. Nice firm pack and a pretty good burn. Plus, they do look darn good in my humidor. these are GREAT for sharing with friends who may not be cigar aficionados. They get a pretty good cigar without wasting one of your premiums on someone who won't really appreciate it. i will be keeping a supply of these on hand. The cigar itself is probably 3 star, but when you factor in the price its at least 4 star.

Never tried 'em before
I had never seen this cigar before, but they looked good. This cigar pulls good, has a great flavor and pretty even burn. I would greatly recommend them.

This is not the one!
Well I said I'd write a new review after a couple months in the humi. I'm really disappointed that things didnt improve. This is probably the worst constructed cigar I've ever bought at CI. There is a serious problem with them canoeing. They also burn really hot. Plus it's hard to keep them lit. It's really sad because they have a really great flavor to them.

Handy dandy opener!!
I'm gonna give a fresh off the truck review . Then couple months from now I'll write a detailed review. Lit my first one up an hour after I received them. Lit up pretty easy. They taste really good fresh off the truck. A little chocolate flavor, hints of cherry. Taste pretty great right off the truck. But I'm having trouble with it canoeing. Hopefully after a couple months in the humi will cure that. This is pleasant surprise for what price I paid for them. Well I'll get back with you in a couple months. Thanks CI

Great flavorfull cigar.
Every Gran Habano I have smoked has been tasty. Better than just a smoke to mow the lawn. The Toro de Oro Toro is no exception. I love it and will continue to order it.

Toro de Oro short toro
I liked the construction, it was firm with no soft spots, felt good in the hand. The burn and draw were conistent didnt need to touch up very often and ive smoked probably 10 or so. Flavor was ok, mostly leathery and some notes of cream in the final third. Overall not bad for the price if you like a fuller cigar.

Another home run by Gran Habano
I am a big fan of Gran Habano with the Corojo #5 being one of my all time favorite sticks. The Toro de Oro Short Toro has now earned a spot in my regular line up. The price point makes it a perfect everyday stick. The size is ideal for a quick smoke and the quality is pure Gran Habano. I have not had any real issues with draw or uneven burning. I would snatch these up before they realize they are worth so much more.
